Let's just say I found my goto plumbers. First I had to cancel last minute for work and they worked with me to come out at a later time (same day). Matt Mathis was my plumber and he was very professional and checked for leaks and even checked my slab. Found the issue and resolved it quickly. Pricing was more than fair. Honest and great company. I had two HVAC units, two hot water heaters, insulation, heat barrier, and a liner placed in the house. I have had a very decent time dealing with this company and it's employees. They called to remind me about the service needed for the units I had installed. Each of the technicians I have dealt with were very knowledgeable and professional in behavior. I usually have gone to the specific store and have been referred to ARS as a result of buying from this store.

It was nice for Mr. AntiJaun to come out and see what was wrong with our system! Although he couldn’t fix it. It has a broken board and we needs to get a new air conditioner. So, on this coming Sat. Same Day Water Heaters came to my rescue when my gas hot water heater developed a bad leak in the bottom of the tank. I'm an elderly cancer patient sheltering in and I am unable to go out and take any chances of getting Covid. When I called SDWH, I spoke with Diana, and she said they could do all the physical leg work for me once I arranged the purchase of a new water heater from Home Depot, which I did using my credit card over the phone. Diana and the installers were very professional and friendly in every step of the process and the installers showed up on time. They made the whole experience very easy for me, and they made sure to wear masks and socially distance when working in my garage switching out the water heaters. Since my old water heater was still under warranty, they took the faulty unit back to Home Depot where I received credit back towards my new and upgraded water heater. Once they dropped of the old water heater, they picked up the new one waiting in Will Call, and brought it back to my house and installed it in a very short time! I now have a new 50 gal Rheem gas water heater, installed up to code, with a new 9 year warranty and plenty of hot water and no more leakage! I highly recommend Same Day Water Heaters who are the certified water heater installers for the Home Depot!
