Best Install Toilet in Irving TX

Replaced the float in the toilet, which I had already bought, and the flapper, which I had bought in the wrong size (but the Atlas guy had the right one in his truck). On time, done quickly.

Air conditioner check. Matthew did an excellent job. He w courted, knowledgeable and professional.

This plumbing company is the real deal. They helped me with a water leak in my bathroom and provided exceptional service from start to finish. Their team was professional, efficient, and always kept me informed. Highly recommend!

Called to schedule an appointment they said they would be out later the same day. They texted me about 5:00pm to say they were hung up in traffic in Ft. Worth and would the next day work. That’s ok and I texted him back to say I would be home after 11:00am he texted back ok. He called at 10:48 today Ian’s I couldn’t get my phone I called back at 10:52 no answer texted him no response. I’m leaving this review at 5:57pm no answer back. He just blew me off.

If i could give a zero i would, i called around 3:30, set apt for them to come and unclog kitchen drain. Waited n waited and called at 6 pm too check when they were coming because they close at 7 and was told im sorry they are busy and cant come, can we come tomorrow. I advised no i work from home and was not able to to be available tomorrow. First time calling and will be the last, they gave no notice i had to find someone that would come after hr and extra charge......DONT USE!!!

Rhett was great, fixes an replaced our faucet in no time. We’ve had him out before as well and he did a phenomenal job installing our hot water tanks. Can’t go wrong with Billy Go & team.

The technician, Antonlin, is very personable and knowlegeable. I am very happy with his service. ARS followed up with a phone call about the service. I am impressed with their professional. I will go back to ARS again should there be other pumbling issues in the house.

Both the sales technician and the tuneup technician were very knowledgeable, pleasant, professional. I highly recommend them both.

We had a stopped tub and slow drain in the bathroom. I spoke to Dustin Edelman about our problem and he gave me a range of cost, which was lower than other quotes we received by half. He arrived promptly at the time he said he would, charged even less than expected, was extremely professional and helpful. I really appreciate him as a sole proprietor, making a living, and I prefer having the person behind the company doing the work. I highly recommend Dustin Edelman!

They got to our house in Arlington soon after the freeze when our pipe broke. Thought it was going to be a simple fix but pipe wasn't where it was supposed to be underneath the faucet. It took him a lot of work to find it but he worked until he found it and replaced it. He showed me his Texas State plumbing license. They cleaned up after themselves. Won't use another plumber. I'm a hard person to please so if I was pleased that is HUGE. Highly recommend them.

Nikki has been great and patient with on going plumbing issues we have had with our newly purchased home. She fixed several things that were repaired incorrectly and has been very diligent in trying to solve our mystery blockage on one side of the house. She has always been very communicative and been here when she said she would. One of the hardest workers I have seen.

Mr. Beaver was very professional and they installed my new toilet really fast.

The estimate we received to repair ONE outdoor faucet was $1,250! I said no way and called my regular plumber that took an additional day, but he also only charged $235. Over a THOUSAND dollar difference. We were just lucky that our repair wasn’t urgent, otherwise we would have been out so much more money with RC.

I highly recommend Cathedral Plumbing, for all your plumbing needs. I scheduled a time, to have my fireplace looked at, I was informed that they have someone, who could be there earlier, than expected. Brian, the service plumber, came out to service my gas fireplace. He was very professional, and very courteous. I took note of this right away. He explained what he was doing, and fixed the problem right away. It wasn't a large job, but, I believe no job is too big or too small, Cathedral plumbing can handle it all.

Randy was awesome. Did an excellent job of taking the time to explain everything in simple terms I could understand. First class professional.
