Best Drain Leak in Irving TX

This is the second time that I’ve used Billy Go first time they replaced my entire heater air conditioner second time which was today they were able to save me thousands of dollars compared to other places they are always on time and very professional. I would highly recommend them!

Our AC was taken out by a lightning strike. I called ARS this morning and they got a Tech scheduled to come between 8 and 12, which was great. Garison arrived and had to do some diagnostics to figure out what the problem was. He determined that a switch on the outside unit and control board inside had to be replaced. He had a replacement switch but had to order the board. But he got the system working. Thank goodness as it's supposed to hit 95 degrees today. I would highly recommend ARS for any plumbing or HVAC service/repairs.

Complete lack of responsiveness or living up to commitments. I contacted Matthews to replace the rings on our outdoor fire pit. They initially came out and did some work to the lines and put a straight bar across the circular pit. We thought that would be fine, but it turned out not to be appealing or produce even heat. So, we reached back to have them replace the bar with a ring. They said they would get us a quote by the end of the day. After not hearing back, I texted the next day (12/14) to get the quote. The owner said they could get the ring on Amazon and they would be out the next week to do the work. As of Thursday, 12/19 I hadn't heard from them, so I sent a text asking when they'd be out. They asked if 12/26 worked. I said yes. 12/26 came and went without a peep. So, on the 27th I asked again. I get next week is better. OK?. Again, I say yes and again I hear nothing. At this point I have given up and am contacting someone else. Save yourself the hassle and do that from the beginning.

Highly recommend!! So polite and professional. Fair pricing, on-time and very helpful. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a plumbing and will use him again in the future. Very impressed!
