For our experience we rate Michelangelo's as the gold standard for plumbing repair. He was polite, clean and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problems and was able to explain it in layman's terms to us. The work was completed in a quick and timely manner and the issues have finally been rectified. All is good! Called Milestone to fix some outlets that were out and I was impressed with the turn around time. I ended up getting a whole home surge protection system and Jon McGee the technician was extremely professional and polite and quick. Customer service is hard to come by these days but Jon did a great job of it.

Very difficult to schedule service with significant resistance to send a technician. However the technician, when scheduled, was excellent.
