I called for someone to come assess the damages to the do for an estimate, and he was impatient, not allowing me to finish my sentence. Then, commenting if we aren’t doing the work, we aren’t coming for free.

I would have given them my business, but I’m not comfortable explaining the damages. I don’t know if if I need a new door or if it can be fixed. Either way, I wouldn’t give them anything.

If you have a clogged toilet use Pipe Experts. They are efficient and don't charge for unnecessary services unlike most plumbing companies. I would use them again.

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. Absolutely top notch, fair, honest, dependable and GOOD at what they do. Bought an older home, brought Marcus and his crew in and they did everything they could to get me an operational bathroom as soon as they could. Their plumber installed a new commercial-grade water heater tank by replacing the old one that lasted for 19 years. he responded promptly to my calls and texts, and when he finally came out, he completed the job quickly and efficiently. This business was very responsive. The service man was very polite and friendly. They did a thorough job. Our air conditioning system went out when it was 107 degrees outside and ARS/Rescue Rooter came out the next day, found the problem, installed a new system inside a day. The sales Representative was very polite and helpful and understanding. The installation technicians were on time, very polite and friendly, and did an outstanding job. Everything was cleaned up and very best. The system is working wonderfully. I would highly recommend this company and installation team.
