My house was a nightmare with the recent rains. Very quick response and competitive pricing.

Contacted this service. They came out and did a review for a whole house repipe and gave us a sales pitch. I was told they would send us a quote later that day. That didn't happen. I e-mailed and then called their office. Promised a call back. That didn't happen either. Called again and was told they wouldn't do the work since we wanted them to tie into a newly remodeled bathroom (with brand new pipe) and didn't want to have to tear up the new tile and vanities. I can respect that as that's their policy. What was unacceptable to me was waiting to find this out 11 days after they had promised me a quote.

My water heater had been leaking for awhile. It was clear I needed a new one. At my neighbor's suggestion, I called Sage Plumbers. Brendan and Alex came over the same day and assessed the situation. Brendan gave me several different options for replacing the heater. He took the time to answer my questions. He made recommendations based on my needs. The quote I received was very fair. Brendan and Alex were able to have the new water heater installed before the end of the day. They left the work area cleaner than they found it. I highly recommend Sage Plumbers. They provided me with excellent customer service, quality workmanship, and fair prices. I'm sure you'll be pleased too.

We called around 3 companies for installing a new water heater and they were the only company who didn't immediately try to up sell me. I had the brand of water heater I wanted to use and they were receptive and showed up to our house to install it and were professional every step of the day.

I never thought twice about my water heater. To be completely honest I totally forgot about that thing in my garage. I get back from my vacation to come home with a leaking water heater and NO hot water. Called around, and kept getting the companies that wanted to come out and give me an estimate. Mauricio did an excellent job! Although it was just an evaluation, he took his time to listen to our concerns and thoroughly explain everything. He dedicated over 2 hours inspecting every aspect, leaving no stone unturned. We have complete confidence in the issues he discovered, especially since he provided plenty of supporting pictures. Our first experience with Complete Comfort has been outstanding, and we eagerly look forward to working with them again.

Receiving service from the Equity team was like taking a breath of fresh air after having my share of dealing with dishonest, non-punctual, and over-charging plumbing companies. Troy and John were incredibly kind, ever-so-patient to answer all of my questions, genuine, down-to-earth, punctual and honestly the list goes on of their outstanding qualities. The greatest part? They charged me HALF of what another company quoted me and even figured out how to do something that the other company said was “not possible to do”. The other company said I would need to get x, y, and z done in order to get my faucet fixed, and thus $$$ more would need to be charged. However, Troy and John found a way to get the “impossible” thing done WITHOUT having to do an additional x, y, and z. Honestly though, even if the Equity team charged me the same as the other company did, I wouldn’t have minded paying because their good character and outstanding work ethic alone would have made it worth it. Especially as a woman with an infant, I appreciated the genuine warmth that the men brought because I felt so safe and comfortable in a situation that I would usually not have felt that way in. Additionally, it was a plus that Troy responded to texts as well as to phone calls. I have never said this about any service before, but I know I won’t be calling anyone else to take care of my plumbing needs from now on. Troy and John have made me a loyal customer. My recommendation cannot be any any more highly given.

I need a 6th star! I ordered a new fridge but it couldn’t be installed because the ancient water valve was frozen. Peak West owner Mustafa came the same day and fixed it, then hooked up the new fridge. After he finished I asked about a knocking sound coming from the water heater. He suspected it was excess water pressure. Boy was he right! Twice the maximum pressure! Another plumber had previously fixed a couple of leaks and recommended we replace all our “cheap” copper piping. Mustafa said the pipes were fine, it was the excess pressure that was the problem. He installed a water pressure regular and saved me thousands of dollars (and incredible headaches) since I didn’t need to replace all of our pipes. So honest! Easy to communicate with, too. Very nice, explains what he does and why. I can’t recommend him enough!

Rob Parsons was professional, courteous, and explained everything he was working on. He was efficient with his time and was in and out with all worked completed in less than 90 minutes from the time he knocked on the door and cleaned up. Really appreciate the work that was done. Will be going back to Pristine Plumbing and asking for Rob next time any plumbing issues arise.
