When one NO longer has any plumbing they can use it is a very frightening day. Zoom Drain took my emergency call and when finished with their regular job made me their next priority. They were professional, clean, careful with my indoor property ( a cabinet my father had made many years ago) and all my outdoor plants where the clean-out is located. I have had others here in the past and my plants were broken and trampled...Not one broken branch by ZOOM Drain. They had us back up and functioning in short order....I am a MOST grateful customer.

Just want to say, Sean and Keven did a fantastic job of clearing out our landscape drains. I saw roots, mud and other debris flowing out of the drains. Never used the hydro-jet system before but I was impressed with the job it did. They cleaned up the areas afterwards. This is my second time using Zoom Drain. First time was Paul; second, this time, was Roger. Both were exceptionally professional, explained step-by-step what they were doing especially for this layman and couldn’t have been nicer, in general.

Had a clogged drain in master bath shower on a Monday morning….Needed to get repaired ASAP so I found Zoom on Google and Yelp. I called and was able to speak with someone directly and they assured me they can get a technician out within a few hours. They called me back in 30 minutes and had a tech out within the hour . He assessed the drain issue and did a full cleaning to remove build up and provided drain cleaning solution to use monthly. Was a great experience with my first time using Zoom drain and will certainly use in the future when needed.

Second time using this company. The plumbers were fast, courteous and clean. My only complaint is that this company is expensive, charging $269 to snake out a drain, which is well above the average price range for Orange County.

I would have gone with 5-stars were they not a bit pricey for my job, and that's a company policy not the tech's. In all, I will call them again if the need arises, and hope Paul can take it.

The Service charge and diagnosis was 2 different prices. Nothing was done and ended up paying for pretty much nothing. Definitely won't recommend this to anyone!

Called Zoom Drains after our recent heavy rains. We had flooding in our backyard due to roots and dirt in our landscape drains. (I attempted to use our garden hose with a jet nozzle to no avail, only to just get very muddy.) They came out within three days after calling them , called prior to arriving and arrived on time. The techs, Johnny and Ed, were extremely professional and thorough. Explained the process and cost. They used a Hydro jet hose that was able to break through the roots and flush out dirt. They did an excellent job. I was so excited that evening when it started to rain again, I went outside at 2 AM in the morning, and to my joy, there was no pooling on our patio, and the drains were flowing perfectly. Grateful for my service tech Paul! I have been having a clogged drain for almost two months & have been sent two previous plumbing companies through my home warranty. One of them visiting FIVE times, and the next one after one visit stated they may need to take down dry wall to see what the problem is.

Great service. Toilet was not flushing down the drain after plunging many times over. Had a big set of roots down the toilet drain. He took toilet off and pulled a huge root out. Disgusting out of a nightmare movie but it did the trick. Huge set of roots in the drain. Camera too. That was the main problem. So it worked out and price was great. Not exorbitant pricing. Another company quoted $2800 initially based on “guessing” and prelim findings. This was way way way less than that. Simple fix once toilet taken off. Whew.

Ian came out to clean out our main sewer line of roots and to fix a broken toilet, which we were told was a problem by a previous plumber. After going over all the pricing involved, Ian put a camera down and didn’t find any roots in the main sewer line and let us know he wouldn’t have to clean out the sewer line, which saved us a lot of money. He took up the toilet and removed the roots that were coming in from under the slab and fixed the problem. The cost of the visit was way less because of this. Ian was communicative, helpful, knowledgeable and honest to work with. I’d recommend Zoom Drain to anyone who has a sewer line issue because of our experience.

Well, I don’t know exactly how I flushed a wash cloth down my toilet and blocked it but I did. We had a drain problem in our bathroom that just was persistent no matter what we tried. John came to our home and was efficient, knowledgeable and had every tool needed to resolve the problem within an hour. He also had suggestions for keeping the drains open and maintained properly. Starting from request they were great! April took the request and dispatched service as soon as possible. an email with technician photo and ETA. Johnny was very informative about snaking and also hydrojetting. We opted for snaking in which he showed us the roots using camera. At the point had to wait for HOA to respond which Johnny did for almost thirty minutes. Johnny gave us video proof that there is root damage and pipe damage . lot of tech used by this team.

Sean did a good job of finding the problem of root clogged rain drain. Unfortunately the only reasonably costed solution is a once a year visit.

We had a flood in our backyard due to the heavy recent rain and drains not draining. The company sent Johnny out. He was very personable and friendly and knowledgeable. He hydrojetted our drains in our backyard and was able to clear them. However we still had an issue on our HOA side of our property which we now need to have taken care of. I would definitely recommend this company they got someone out to our house right away, same day, and we're very professional.

The young man was great, however, I did not get my drain cleaned out as he said there is a break in the pipe and an engineer had to come out to assess the problem so I paid almost $800 and still have a problem.the engineer never came back on Tuesday as he said.

We had a clogged Kitchen sink. We used all DIY means, but did not have good results. So we called a plumber who tried to unclog it using simple cable, without success, and advised $750 hydro jetting, which we declined. To his credit he did not charge us. That is when we did some research and decided to Call Zoom Drain. First I talked to Shawn, who patiently explained the possible method and scheduled an appointment the next day. The service was done by By Johnny Rodriguez, who tried first a rotating cable head and was successful in unclogging the drain line extending to the front of the property. I asked him if hydro jetting would give any advantage. He said he could do it ( for more money ) but advised against it. He offered us an Enzyme based drain cleaner to maintain the line, which we accepted. During the whole process, which was basically handled by my wife, they observed all cleanliness precautions and left a clean and ready space without any mess. That despite the fact that the drain cleanout was under the sink. This was by far the best plumbing job I have ever Had. I recommend them to any body needing a clean and professional job.

When Roger Gonzales arrived he was cordial, asked a few questions, showed me the options and prices for the project, went to his truck for his tools and got right to work. He kept me informed as to what he discovered and actually showed me what my drain looked like before he began. He was very diligent regarding the flow of water into the drain and pipes. My kitchen sink is now draining quickly and efficiently. Roger put everything away and cleaned up the work area. I cannot rave enough about the experience we had with Zoom Drain. Paul is so knowledgeable and professional. He explained to us all the options upfront and was very clear about the quote for each option. We suffered problems with sewer backup for years and all the contractors we hired before could not find the root cause. Can’t say enough about Zoom Drain and the crew who helped us get our problem solved ...I had major drain issues on one side of my home and had a few quotes that were outrageous, and various piece meal repair jobs over the years that never solved the issue. Zoom drain did an excellent job and were very honest when small damage in a sprinkler pipe occurred - they came out immediately to fix and check the line. Sean (and Paul) were awesome! The County Inspector needed to see my earthquake flex connector to the main sewer line. The guys had to locate it and dig down to expose it! They were very pleasant the whole time! The inspector returned a third time and was still not happy! I texted Sean (a month after the service call) and he had me send him a picture of the work. He called my inspector himself and sent her the picture and voila - after 3 months - she signed me off! Sean totally went above and beyond! I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to have someone willing to go the extra mile and someone to trust especially for a woman on her own!

Called at 3:30 PM, they were here within 30 minutes. My technician Ian was super professional, they wear booties and even cover the wheels on their equipment so your floors don’t get dirty. Problem was solved in 15 minutes. Highly recommend. .

Paul Skibba did a great job clearing the clog affecting the drainage in my two bathrooms. Both toilets, plus tub and shower, were not draining properly. I had accidentally flushed a wash cloth down the hall bathroom toilet a few days prior and for awhile it appeared it may have made it’s way to the main sewer line out in the street. Turns out I wasn’t so lucky, and sure enough, everything eventually was backing up in both bathrooms as they share the same drain line. Paul determined that he would need to snake the line by removing the toilet from the floor. He then cleared the clog with his drain snake, which retrieved the stuck washcloth when he reeled the drain snake back into his machine. Paul then ran his camera snake forty plus feet into the affected drain line, just to be sure everything looked good....All was good! He then remounted the toilet to the tile floor and we were back up and running...draining and flushing! Paul did all this all quickly and efficiently, and left the bathroom clean. Zoom Drain was AWESOME! Rodger, my technician, was so great! He came out initially to do a free inspection and offer a free quote. He spent a lot of time with me trying to diagnose properly and re-create the drain backing up issue. We identified that my drains were full of FOG (Fat, Oil, and Grease), a peanut butter like substance. Roto Rooter came weeks earlier to snake the drain, and made no difference. Rodger, with Zoom Drain, suggested that we hydroblast the drain to blast through and remove that peanut butter like substance all together. Not only that, another one of our drains, the main line, had a root interference from trees. He showed me the FOG and the roots with a camera that he inserted into the drains before blasting them. Now my drains are running clear! Finally! What a great service, and what a great technician! I’m so grateful for Roger. We felt so comfortable with him. First time using ZOOM DRAIN . Called the original plumber, C&C Plumbing, who had cleaned my sewer, drain and power flushed the system back in October ‘22 and they referred me to ZOOM DRAIN . When I asked why they would refer me to them, they said that they are experts in pipe systems.

Lawrence from ZOOM DRAIN was very professional and responsive. They kept me informed along the way as to when they would be there and gave me an estimate over the phone.

In addition, he is sending his technician back to fix a leak underneath the kitchen sink. It appears that the lock ring on the drain basket needs tightening and he was willing to send a technician back at the end of the week to fix that at no charge, I will be using them again as I have rental properties in San Clemente and need an honest fair plumber.

I love thier approach of quoting a project upfront. The only plumbing company I know to do so. They quoted my area drain clean out and included simple root service if found. Turned out one of my pipes lead no where underground and needed to be interconnected. Zoom purposed a quote for adddointal scope and did a great job hadeling the job. They found other pipes underground “ Gas line” and investigated it and actually removed it for me. This was a big deal as we had to involve the city and SoCal Gas line spotters. Zoom made the calls and met with the company at my home. I did not have to do much. These guys went above and beyond. Will always Recomend them.

I interviewed 3 companies for our HOA to hydrojet 40 drains in our complex that had never been maintained. We chose Zoom and Ian. I will never use anyone else again. I had a Saturday clogged kitchen sink that after trying the Drano method, snake it myself still could not clear the drain. I called a plumbing company I searched on the internet with good reviews and they gave me the number for Zoom Drain. Called then and got a call back in just a few minutes. They happened to have a technician just finishing up a job near me and within 30 minutes of my call Roger was at my front door to give an assessment of my problem. He said that most likely he would be able to clear it out with a snake and if not then a hydro-jet clearing would be needed, gave me the estimate for each job and then proceeded to start to work. After trying to clear with a bigger diameter snake he then gave it a try with a smaller diameter one and that worked!! He was working for over an hour and did solve the problem. He was very clean and made sure that the job area was spotless before he left, using a drop cloth to keep the area under the sink and the floor by the sink cabinets very clean. He did about a 10 min running water check to make sure the drain was free and clear. An excellent job all around. The price of for a weekend service call was very reasonable.

They provided excellent service both times I used them. The employees are professional and clean-cut. Their communication is excellent, their service was prompt....and of course they know plumbing, and how to fix the problems. Will definitely use them again...this is an A+++ business.

I called Zoom Drain when both of my bathrooms were having some water backup. Every person I spoke too listened and was super helpful. Roger came out and helped explain what was going on and helped clear out the roots that were in my sewer pipe. I’m so glad I reached out to Zoom Drain to help resolve my issue. This company was recommended after another company couldn’t service my shower. When I called zoom Drain, Steve picked up, was polite, asked appropriate questions, and let me know they could try to get somebody out later in the afternoon. About 20 minutes later I received a text from the tech that he was on his way, with a link to track his progress. When he arrived, he immediately assessed the problem (after first putting on shoe covers to protect our floors), told me what the cost would be and how long it would take. He brought in a mat to protect the floor. When he was done :40 later, he cleaned up the floor and the shower.

He was exceptionally professional, the price was appropriate to the tools and time and I absolutely would recommend Chris and Zoom Drain again

Steven and Chris were amazing and saved us a lot of money. Steven assured me that they could most likely take care of the problem without going into the walls and cutting and replacing pipes, drain, etc... He sent Chris over to help us out and he arrived on time and fixed the problem so quickly and he was so nice! Another company had come out with earlier in the day and said the whole drain was going to need to be rebuilt. He didn’t even look at the drain before telling me that he’d have to tear out the drywall and do 1000 other things, all costly. So happy I called Zoom and got another opinion. Saved ourselves a bundle and the problem is as resolved the same day without any mess or fuss. LOVE ZOOM!!!!

Zoom drain was very responsive to my call regarding a clogged landscape drain.
