Josh Dawn came right on schedule.
He was very personable, clear, honest and efficient. There was a bit of confusion regarding my start date but he got things immediately back on schedule. He reiterated that he was available to trouble shoot should there be timing hiccups leading up to our repipe date and provided multiple options during the process.

Repipe and new water heater completed about a week ago with drywall a few days ago with the city inspection lined up in between. Gilbert and repipe crew were on time, efficient, and did a solid job. No major surprises or hiccups and the repipe took about 1,5 days.

Two days later Julio and the drywall guys came in and they went above and beyond! The drywall and texture were perfect and they finished up 3-4 hours ahead! The BONUS surprises included a few patched up door handle wall dings and a fixed wall corner chunk that they roughly mudded up and textured without prompting! These guys are awesome!!!

If I can help save one family from this nightmare, I can rest easy. We had a slab leak in our home and decided to repipe the entire house so we didn't run into this problem again. We ended up choosing Repipe 1 because we wanted someone well known and had a good reputation even though they were much more expensive. We wanted it to run as smoothly as possible. The crew was very nice and was able to repipe in one day on a Friday. The inspector was coming Monday and , even though we were told that the patching could be done that day or the next, they then told us maybe sometime later that week.

My husband was keeping a close eye on everything and ended up finding a pinhole leak in the garage on Sunday and we were without water once again. They came Monday to fix the leak and put up fans and dehumidifiers for a few days. Living with these holes and dust was extremely hard with my two young children, one with asthma. Once it was dry, they came out to rebuild the fire wall in the garage and the guy cut the same pipe and flooded our garage. Thank goodness I walked out right then and was able to help throw down towels and mop it up otherwise all of our boxes and storage stuff would have been ruined. Back to more fans and dehumidifiers.

The plumbers didn't seal any of the shower hardware that they replaced so water could seep behind and grow mold. We had to have them come back out for this (multiple times). The texturing on the ceiling was not matching so they had to come back a second time and redo this as well. The water unfortunately tastes like plastic although the sales rep repeatedly confirmed that it wouldn't (but I'm hoping that fades over time).

If you're still with me here, our water pressure is out of control in the upstairs shower (imagine Kramer and the elephant shower head from Seinfeld). The inspector tested the pressure downstairs and said it is within the appropriate level but I can't stand under it, let alone wash my face under it and I love some good water pressure. The water in this shower wouldn't shut off completely either and would drip after it was turned off (cue plumber). The hot water in our kitchen started off good and then started to only dribble a few days later. Send out ANOTHER plumber and he found wood and other debris in our water line.... are we going to be running in to this forever? After talking with the mold care company, it seems they have been used by multiple families after Repipe 1 mess ups... Not what you want to hear....

This entire process has been a nightmare and although i will give it to them that they are quick to respond, most of these issues we shouldn't have had to start with. And after all this, I would hope that their customer service would look to try and make it right but no... they offered a 5% discount... for two extra leaks caused by their company, a flood in my garage, wood in my pipes, a process that should take a day or two (according to their sales rep and other reviews) but has taken weeks. Please save yourself the headache and find another company. It isn't worth it.

I had a $ 870. credit card deposit that I request to be refunded.
After no supplies delivered & no installation attempted..
NO REFUND as of this date...

I like that they get the required permit and have City inspections; after the pipe is in and on a final walk through. The inspector said they went above and beyond, doing work that was not required. I’ve used repipe1 on two houses and they are by far the best. I’ve sent friends and family to them and they have been totally satisfied with all aspects.
On time and fast. If they say they’ll be there at 8:00, they are on time. Job site is left pristine each day. Very courteous, and a pleasure to work with. If you need to call the office they answer, and will call you back. If they say it’s 4 days, it’s four days.
Can’t say enough good things about them.
Have a coworker that went for a cheaper option and it cost him more after all said and done.
This is repipe1’s business, they know what they are doing. Like a fine machine.

Contacted this service. They came out and did a review for a whole house repipe and gave us a sales pitch. I was told they would send us a quote later that day. That didn't happen. I e-mailed and then called their office. Promised a call back. That didn't happen either. Called again and was told they wouldn't do the work since we wanted them to tie into a newly remodeled bathroom (with brand new pipe) and didn't want to have to tear up the new tile and vanities. I can respect that as that's their policy. What was unacceptable to me was waiting to find this out 11 days after they had promised me a quote.

This company was hired by our property management company to perform a repipe project on in our condo’s. One of the workers was in our attic and fell through the ceiling left a hole in the ceiling and a mess all over my dresser and bedroom and didn’t tell me. I found the mess when I came home from a funeral that day ! They also left trash and half empty soda cans in my walls which I found when I had to call a real plumber to fix a leak later that week we had to recut open the drywall that had just been patched and found the leak and the trash. When I called NUMEROUS TIMES to inform the owner of what we found I never got a call back ! They were fired about halfway through the project because it was found that they were not licensed by the Mfg. to install the pipes they were installing ! If I could give a negative 10 I would !!!

After several pin hole leaks over the years, we've finally decided to repipe our house. Several of my neighbors and friends recommended Repipe1 and boy was I glad to use them. My sales rep Sean was very thorough and answered every question that I had on the entire process from beginning to the end. First crew came about 9am and by 2:30pm my entire house was repiped and we had access to our water. They were so professional and efficient I was very impressed. After getting our city inspection approved few days later, the drywall/patch crew came and did a Phenomenal job like we didn't have any holes. I knew Repipe1 was the right company when the city inspector came to inspect my house told me that they were one of the best companies in the industry. I wished to get whole house re piped. Repipe 1 made appointment with in 2 days.The work was with experienced crew. After city Inspection all the holes were patched next day. A day later I found they forgot a Couple of places and worker came same day.
I found every segment of their work very professionally and prompt. Last month almost after SIX months of repipe, I found damage to drywall in one of dead storage closet. They came and finished the job. I had no problem in scheduling, the customer support was excellent. Repipe 1 were recommended by AAA and I had a very good experience at every step with them.

My 84 year-old grandparents's copper pipes finally failed in a big way.

USAA and a family member both suggested repipe and Josh came out to inspect and give a bid.

He was VERY understanding and took the time to explain everything and answer all questions, he even answered text message questions at 7:45 that night.

Due to my grandparents medical condition repipe was on the job the next day so they would not be without water, as the water main had to be shut off.

Josh and Repipe made a bad situation fairly painless and their bid was way less than I expected for the scope of work they did.

STAY AWAY! Company uses confusing form contract their own employees don't know how to fill out correctly. I'll save you some pain. 1. The company owner is named Danny, for when you request your deposit refund for crap work. 2. Expect them to come back twice to fix their bad work. 3. We had Repipe1 replace the pipes in our home with pew pipes. The salesman seemed to know the layout of our home and knew what to expect. The repipe crew were super nice, made minimal holes, and cleaned up. The drywall crew did a great job and patched everything in one day. I dealt with Gerardo in their office, and he did a great job keeping me in the loop. I don’t plan on repiping again, but I would use Repipe1.

One thing we need to mention here:
Five months after the repipe job was done ,we found some yellow spots on the wall of the downstairs bathroom, we thought these yellow spots probably from the water leaking inside the wall? We contacted Veronica, she then sent the guys to come over the next day to inspect it: There was no leaking, the system works fine. It was from the moist only.No leaking at all and Repipe 1 did everything to fix it with No charge.

Repipe 1 installed new Pex piping throughout our 3,000 sq ft house (thankfully before the 1990s-era plumbing began to leek). For BOTH the installation and again a few days later when they patched the holes in the walls/ceilings, the crew was on time, completely professional and even finished earlier than their estimate. Now, several weeks after the original work, we are doing some renovations and ran into an issue in one of the newly plumbed bathrooms. It turned out NOT to be Repipe 1's fault but they still came to the house and resolved the issue at a VERY reasonable price and got my reno project out of a jam. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Everyone involved in the process was first rate from the initial person who took the call, to the repipe es, patchers, city Inspection and phone people to set up services. We dearth with Norma, who was very responsive. Gilberto’s team of Repupers were punctual and worked hard. The patchers stayed until 7 pm to make sure the job was completed, and were working so hard and conserdersye if our dog too. Highly recommend this company who has a lifetime guarantee. Repipe1 was recommended by our neighbor who did a whole house repipe with them twice. After experiencing a pinhole leak, which ruined our floor, we decided to pull the trigger and do the repipe with PEX. After reading the reviews, we followed the advice and contacted Repipe1.

We worked with Delilah for consultation and contract, she was very professional and thorough in the explanation of the process. Patiently answered all of our questions and concerns.

On the scheduled day the repipe crew of 6 people arrived on time, extremely efficient and professional. All pipe replacement work was done in a single day for 3200 sq.ft. house. The team did a great job of covering the floor and furniture and cleaning up after themselves.

We also decided to change shower valves during the process and Repipe1 was accommodative to allow us to order new valves and send a technician on another day to finish the replacement. Alberto Vasquez, their supervisor, completed the valves and trim installation as well as moved the recessed laundry box is a superb plumber professional, who loves his craft. Alberto installed the fixtures and bathrooms look new and attractive again.

The final step was drywall patching. I couldn't believe that ~50 holes can be patched in a single day. We had the team of 5 working so efficiently, they finished just after 3pm. The patching for drywall and stucco came out very well, a way better than I expected - texture matched very well. We haven't painted yet, but I'm sure no one will be able to tell.

This is the 2nd time we used Repipe1 to totally repipe our homes. The 1st was about 7 yrs ago. It was a larger 2 story home. We're retired to a senior living place now. The house is 40 years old with underground plumbing. We've been the slab leak route before. Repipe one. Came in made a few holes in the wall for each location. They do minimal cuts. We had water by the end of the day. Then they sent a crew to patch. A perfect match on stucco and drywall. I only had to touch up paint. It was quick and easy. The price was very reasonable. We're now 81 YO, so this inand out, easy peasy, repipe was perfect for us. Pex pipe is flexible, so I won't worry about earthquake damage.

I received a call every day from someone at the company, confirming schedules for the day, setting up inspections, informing me of every operation and when they would be done.

I run a $100M commercial construction company and Repipe 1 is the one of the most professional, organized and quality oriented companies I have worked with.

They come in with a bunch of people and finish each operation in a very short period of time.

First, I'm assuming the repiping was done correctly. Their plumbers, however, covered the furniture, but not all flooring. My wood floors were damaged beyond repair. We ended up replacing it. Their drywall guys did a great job with the drywall repair, but they are deficit in their ability to match our exterior stucco pattern. I called several times and after several attempts to correct, I had our painter match the stucco pattern. Their office lacked appropriate communication responses which resulted in our local inspector showing up again after the final was signed off. I had to send Repipe1 signed final inspection, twice.

Repipe 1 did our whole home repipe. We had a slab leak and our home is 45 yrs old. They did a great job. I also was happy that when issues came up later I was able to talk to a real human being. Her name is Veronica and she is super responsive and sends out her supervisor to address any issues I had. I didn’t like the way the hose bib was pointing into the walkway and Veronica sent out her plumber Gustalvo to turn it 90 degrees and it was done immediately. No charge. I would recommend Repipe 1. It’s no fun needing a repipe but better than water damage.

I usually do not write reviews online but after working with Repipe 1, I truly believe that they deserve nothing but praise. I was having a problem with my hydronic heating system in my condominium so I had a plumbing company come out to hopefully fix what was happening. During the inspection, they found lots of corrosion on some copper pipes and valves that had been replaced by Repipe 1 in the year 2014. By the way, this wasn’t the cause of my heating malfunction, it ended up be a faulty thermostat. But none the less, they advised me to fix the corroded pipes because apparently they were going to eventually fail. The estimated cost to repair? Over 2 thousand dollars! I realized I had my condo repiped in 2014 by Repipe 1, so I called them and I spoke with Veronica. She was so professional and courteous. I have nothing but praise for her. She had me send her some pictures of the piping and apparent corrosion which I promptly sent to her. She thanked me and told me that they would review the pictures and get back to me. Within 24 hours, Veronica notified me that they were sending a supervisor out in three days to replace the pipes. I was so relieved and grateful that this company would stand behind their work which was done 8 years earlier! Repipe has been wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them!! Our house was repiped with Pex in 2019 by them. We had an issue with some knocking in the walls and called Repipe to find out what could be the cause. Norma called us back right away and scheduled for Tim (a great technician) to come out same day and see what the issue was. Tim has been a pleasure to work with as he is patient and very thorough. He checked everything out and tried to avoid having to break into the walls. If I could, I give them 10 stars!! I had a repipe done on my home recently. Sean, the sales person did a good job getting me all the information that I needed. He also worked with me on price and was able to do a closer price match to another company I had received a quote from. I ultimately went with Repipe1 because the copper was a better quality and the warranty was better (it transfers to a new owner of the house if I sell). Communication regarding scheduling the repipe work (which was scheduled quickly after initial meeting), the inspections, drywall repair and texturing was great. Overall I am mostly satisfied with the job, but have a few complaints. I was told by the salesperson that the team would be large enough that the job would be completed in one day. This was not the case...they sent two men and it took two days. It could have been done in one if they had stayed another hour or so as they were at my house for a very short time on the second day. I had to arrange for somebody else to be at my home to let them in on the second day as I could not take time off of work. I purposefully scheduled the job on a Saturday so I could be home for the one day. The water supply line in both bathrooms from the wall to the toilet valve are not copper anymore as they were. They are PEX. If there is ever an issue, I will have to hire a plumber to sort it because it is not something my dad can fix (he is usually able to fix plumbing issues for me but not if it isn't copper). Finally, the texturing people were not very clean in their work. There is overspray all over one toilet - the back and front of the tank, the bowl, the water supply lines from the valve to the tank. The relatively newly installed baseboard below the toilet has a chunk out of it. Not sure when that happened but it definitely happened during the job. There is also texture overspray on my washing machine and dryer and the pipes and valves to turn on the water in the laundry room. In my bedroom there is overspray on the closet mirrored doors and the wall across the way from where the work was being done. The prep work to protect areas that were not being retextured was not done well. :(

The company was quick and did the repipe in one day but we had a whole slew of issues afterwards. Don’t trust their “warranty” that does absolutely NOTHING! Be prepared that if there are issues, you will be probably be paying a plummer and an appliance technician to fix all their mistakes. We found tons of sawdust in the lines that were clogging them up and causing water flow issues. They did come back to “fix” things but said there weren’t any problems that they could fix. They also refused to install a new sink faucet after causing the first one to start leaking. This is all at my 84 year old grandma’s house, and it has been a huge stressor.

I had my whole house repiped in May 2019 by Repipe1. They replaced all the water pipes in my house in 1 day, and patched up the drywall in another day. I was very happy with the quality of the work and how quickly the job got done. Fast forward to April 2023. I found water stain in the ceiling below the master bathroom shower, so I emailed Repipe1 regarding the leak and possible warranty work. I sent the email at around 7:20PM on Monday night, and I got a response email within 5 mimutes. The responding email said that someone will contact me shortly. I thought to myself, great I got an auto-reply email and was expecting somebody to call me in the morning. Well, I was so wrong. About 15 minutes later, I received a call from Norma, and she was asking me about what going on then she patiently explained to me what will happen if it is warranty works or if it is a drain problem. She then sent somebody to come to my house the next day!!! It turned out that my drain pipe has a leak so I will have to pay out of pocket.
I am very happy with the quality of customer care of Repipe1, thanks to Ms. Norma Mendez.

We hired Repipe 1 to...wait for it...repipe our house with Pex pipe. They were referred to us by a contractor friend in whom I have a lot of trust. Their sales rep was prompt and clear. Their team arrived as planned for this two-day job. At the beginning of the day, they covered everything and cleaned up before they left. They were clean and professional, and there did exactly what they said they would do.

I appreciated their warranty which covered repairs and damage, something not covered by other repipe companies that we spoke to. What made me really comfortable was when the inspector said something to the effect of, Who did it? Repipe 1? They are the best. You made a great choice.

If you are in the mark to repipe your house (copper or Pex), I strongly recommend you call them.

My house is 23 years old and I have had 5 prior slab leaks. This was my 6th slab leak and this time instead of repairing the leak, I'd have my house re-piped and put an end to this nightmare of slab leaks. The guy that quotes you is a liar.
Totally unprofessional. Hack job plumbers unfit to work on expensive home. They showed up on plumbing day and demanded I clear out my garage while 4 plumbers stood there unable to hardly speak English and unwilling to help. I wasn't notified at all. The plumbing routes they intended to take made no sense compared to what other plumbers had quoted. Too bad I cant go lower in rating. Someone should send this company to Homeland Security for investigation into hiring practices. Do not use spend a few bucks more for proper plumbers it's worth it.

When we had a leak on the front lawn of our rental home on a Sunday, we immediately turned to Yelp and called 3 or 4 re-pipe specialists. Repipe1 was the first to return our call on Monday and schedule a visit to price the job. Their price was in line with expectations and they were very responsive in answering all our questions via phone calls and texts. In fact, they were able to save us from tearing up the concrete driveway by re-routing the main line.

In collecting the bids, a competitor bid 25% higher than Repipe1 and then after we told them their price was too high, they called back after “discussing with their manager” and then dropped their price “substantially” which only made me question their first bid. Their “discounted” price was still higher than Repipe1 and they only offered a 5 year warranty versus the Repipe1 “lifetime” guarantee.

Norma, Josh, and Alberto were all professional and extremely responsive. As we are over 400 miles away from our rental property, these folks at Repipe1 made the process of hiring a plumber for a water main leak effortless, painless and uneventful. They no doubt left our home in better condition than when they arrived! THANK YOU REPIPE1!!

They ruined our house and that's an understatement. The day after they did the repiping there was a major leak that ruined the walls and floor of my dinning room hallway, kitchen, and downstairs room. It took them 6 months to complete the restoration and that delayed my kitchen and nursery remodel. They don't communicate with each other and by the end of it they were asking me to pay my balance when my house was still missing walls. Absolutely horrible and would never recommend. Also the floors in the bedroom are uneven because they had a new kid lay the concrete and after he did it he said he didn't know what he was doing.

Nothing strikes fear in a new home owner like a slab leak. I moved into my first home 9 months ago and to my dismay had a slab leak and my downstairs flooded. I was not about to have new floors, cabinets and drywall installed without getting a repipe as I never wanted to go through this experience again. Both my regular plumber and my home owner's insurance recommended Repipe 1. There is no easy way to repipe your entire home but the people at Repipe 1 made it as quick and painless as possible. They got my repipe done in one day, then the next day (Friday) the city came to inspect. On Monday they came and patched and textured all the holes. My walls and ceilings looked better than they did before! The only thing they don't do is paint, which I had the water remediation company do since I was feeling too lazy to do myself. We even had a unrelated plumbing emergency over the weekend and they sent Victor who was a life saver and fixed our toilet that we discovered was improperly installed by the original owner. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

So this company did our home repiping 10 years ago and yesterday a pipe sprung a leak, which required us to turn off our water. We called re-pipe 1 and they were able to get a plumber out to us by 1130 this morning. Alberto Vazquez was the plumber they sent out and he was not only quick to diagnose the problem and repair it, but he cleaned up beautifully (and even sprayed for ants he found In the exposed ceiling area). Even though the leak was caused by a hardwood floor installation laborer’s nail, they only charged us the basic Trip and diagnostic fee. we had to use them to do the repair to protect our warranty but they didn’t take advantage of that situation like they could have and charged extra even though the leak wasn’t related to their original work. So nice to know that after 10 years we can still count on these guys to be fair, honest and do a great job. thanks Alberto for giving us our water back so quickly!!

We had Repipe1 come and do the entire house as a precaution, didn't want to have a leak cause more damage in the future. Everything went great, quick scheduling and completed the job in a day. We also had them come back and install a whole house water filtration system.

Almost a year after the job was completed we noticed the hose bib on our water filtration machine was slightly leaking, we called them and within an hour they came and replaced the hose bib. The supervisor Alberto was great and helped us understand the issue and got everything fixed on the spot.

We had a great experience with the initial repipe and then when we needed them they came right away. Super reliable and highly recommended!!!

I had my town home re-piped and it required my luxury vinyl flooring to be removed. I specifically asked the guys if they were sure they knew how to remove them without damaging it so that I could dry them out and fit them back in and they said yes. They ended up ripping the floors out and completely damaging them. This has now cost me almost $1000 to get new flooring. I complained to repipe 1 office and spoke to the owner called David Tash. He promised to email me an estimate proposal to cover the flooring cost but never did. Now i call the office everyday and they keep saying David is not available. Eventually they said that they have decided not to cover the cost. This is so unfair and I am so upset about this. I will never use this company again and I advise you all to stay far away from them. They need to be accountable for damages caused and take ownership of it.

I believe that as a courtesy to your future clients, let them know that they will not only have to paint the patch they made, but the entire wall from corner to corner. Finding a leak that is causing damage is never fun. We called three plumbing companies to evaluate the issue. Alberto and team Repipe was head and shoulders above the rest in knowledge and customer service.

For example, Alberto came in and took the time to understand the problem. He spent 1.5 hours with us checking everything thoroughly, explained his thinking, answered my questions and was overall smart and kind. During his evaluation process, I noticed that he took care of the little things like putting things back into place, placing down mats before inspecting, cleaning up after each task. He was very detailed oriented, even down to writing down the details in the estimate.

Then, when we came back with a crew to work with, they continued with that level of quality and detail all throughout. Each member of their crew was kind, smart and detail-oriented. We are happy to share that we have working water again and there is no more damage to our home. Ultimately we had a main line leak.

Repipe1 was not the cheapest option but they weren't too bad either. More importantly, is that they were the most skilled and did their work with quality. Alberto and team's customer service and knowledge is what won us over. We still have patching to do so we will update that but given how everything went so far, I know they will treat that process with quality too.

Best part is that it comes with a lifetime warranty. Highly highly recommend.

An incredible whole-house repipe company. Repipe 1 came highly-recommended and with good reason. The sales person, Sharra, was knowledgeable and prepared us as well as possible for a day of chaos (which is hard to imagine unless you live through it). The bid was competitive and through. The repipe team, lead by Saul, was amazing. They arrived at 8am sharp and worked full-bore all day to do the job in one day. This was quite an accomplishment for a 4000 sq ft house and included a new master shower fixtures and four new faucets. They even stayed an extra 20 minutes to sort out an issue not of their making after everything else was finished. The job already passed the city inspection, with the inspector saying that Repipe 1 is known for their great work. While we have not had the patching done yet, I am expecting same high standard from that crew.

Repipe 1 employees are not good communicators. Because our tenants were on site they kept asking them for payment and approval for the job even though we asked multiple times to change the contact number to ours. Our main issue with RePipe1 was their aggressive contract. They wanted 10% down before they started, which was great. But after they did their demo and installed new pex plumbing they wanted 85% more before the city permit was signed off or the extensive drywall repairs were done. When we refused to pay without the permit signed off,they waited until after city approval but immediately charged the card without communication. After sign-off we had a leak under the sink which they repaired.They only left a $400 balance with major drywall repairs still to be completed. We feel a contractor should leave a balance large enough to cover completion by another contractor if they were unable to finish the job.

We had our house repiped in 2017 as a preventative measure, not because of a leak. We were very pleased with Repipe’s professionalism and have had no problems.
However, recently we needed to use the shower in a rarely used bathroom and discovered it had no hot water. We contacted Repipe 1 and Alberto Vasquez was sent out in less than a day.
He discovered that a cylinder (?) in the faucet was bad and needed to be replaced. This was not a Repipe 1 issue as we had supplied the faucet so we were charged a very reasonable amount for the repair. We were very happy with Alberto. He explained everything and left our bathroom neat and clean. We would call Repipe again for other plumbing issues.

I discovered a slab leak on a Thursday afternoon . I contacted Repipe1 and their representative was there Friday morning. I signed the contract and they had workers there By the Monday morning. Very responsive. By end of day Monday all the recipe work was done and I had running water again. The patching crew was there the next day and had all the holes patched and paint ready by end of day. All the work was done in two days. It was unbelievable. I have a background in construction and I am very particular, but I was very pleased with the professionalism, cleanliness and quality of work. I highly recommend Repipe1.

From 1st contact, Josh was very professional and informative. Enrique explained all the details perfectly. Cruz helped me with the financial parts. The workers who came were clean, professional and worked diligently. They finished the job as promised in the time frame that was initially promised. I didn't have to go a full day without water, which was a relief. Definitely recommend Repipe1 to all my family and friends!

I had another slab leak and this time called Re-pipe1 to repipe the entire house. Josh Royer came to the house within two hours and detailed everything the company would do. He was knowledgeable, assuring and everything he promised came true. Every person from Repipe1 wore a mask, was friendly, and highly competent. The plumbers did a masterful job and the city inspector was very impressed. Repipe1 actually corrected the work done by another company 9 months earlier. I’m addition to the personable and skilled workers, the office staff is friendly and highly efficient. I highly recommend this company.

I gave Repipe One a poor review the other day. After I posted it they called immediately. A technician was at my house the very next day and resolved all my issues. Because they were so accommodating and prompt to address my concerns I want to revoke my initial poor review. I apologize to Repipe one for not calling them before I posted my review. I hope what i wrote the other day does not effect them negatively. I’ve used them to do a complete Repipe on two properties now and I recommend them to anyone.

Excellent experience from the first phone call through the final inspection. I experienced a slab leak, and, after talking to my neighbors, decided that re-piping with PEX is the way to go as I would continue to have issues if I relied on existing copper piping. RePipe 1 was highly recommended from my neighbors, so I gave them a call. They were professional on the phone and the visit for the estimate. The sales person, Alex, was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process. The crew showed up on time and got the re-pipe completed in a day. They came back after the city inspection and did a wonderful job patching the holes and texturing the drywall. Overall, although I was really bummed out about the initial leak, RePipe 1 made the rest of process pain free. I highly recommend.

Not good. Needed a partial Re-pipe (bathrooms). Sharon came out to give us a quote and as soon as she found out it wasn’t a whole house turned around and left.
