My wife and I recently had a new toilet and bath faucet installed by James at Orange Coast Plumbing. With a house about 30 years old with original existing plumbing fixtures, I was sure the job would be more difficult than normal. However, James' experience showed us the job would be well taken care - and it was! James answered all of our questions and Karen in the office was efficient and welcoming on the phone. The completed job was on time, showed quality work and was completely cleaned up by the expected finish time. Well done!

Had a bad leak on a valve to shower head. They were able to fix same day and technician was super friendly as was the person on the phone. Cost was 370 which seems expensive.

Nolan was extremely polite, prompt and professional. He took care of an emergency plumbing issue within 24-hours of notifying OCP. I would absolutely recommend his services, and OCP to anyone.

Our pipes clogged up the night before we left to go camping for a few days. When we got back and all the home remedies weren't working, I called Orange Coast Plumbing hoping to get someone out the next day. I was shocked when I was told someone could be at my house within the next 2 hours. I received a text confirmation with my tech's picture along with updates on when he would arrive. Henry, our tech, was very professional and courteous. His communication during the entire process was excellent and I trusted he was suggesting the appropriate services. I can't recommend Orange Coast Plumbing enough, especially Henry. We will definitely be using them again for all our future plumbing needs!

Was having problems with my bathroom sink, called OCP and they sent Nolan out to diagnose the problem right away, he was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful to fix the issue I was experiencing, would recommend him to anybody else with plumbing issues. A++++!

He promptly came the next day and fixed my house's shutoff valve & backlog preventer. They are always quick and thorough. Only problem is costs which seems high but I haven't compared to any other company.

James was very polite, friendly, professional, and great to work with! Went above and beyond checking parts several times to make sure that the new faucet was properly installed and wouldn't start leaking on us. We had one of those old Dishmasters but the hot valve broke. We ended up replacing it with a new faucet. He asked if there was a specific way I wanted the hot and cold valves installed for aesthetic purposes and even cleaned the tile that had been hidden behind the old faucet, which were very nice touches.

Unprofessional tech. Was almost 2 hours late from the window time frame. Lost $ from taking off work early in the day.When I asked him to put on a mask before entering home, he reluctantly did so. Then later made his personal view comments about masks n vaccines. He didn't even put booties over his shoes.He was not clear as to what he could do to unclog our drains. Charged $300 just to tell me the job will cost $8k.I promply called another company, which I then hired. This second company was able to unclog our drains without digging up my driveway and yard.Ladies, never take the first bid. Always get 2-3 quotes. Sleep on it before making a decision.

I’ve used Orange Coast Plumbing for several years for my home and office. They show up on time, work hard, and do good, clean work at a reasonable price. Recently, I contacted them about a pinhole leak in an outdoor copper water pipe that they installed about a year ago. They repaired it the next day, no charge. Their technicians are friendly and competent. They listen carefully, and then explain exactly what they propose to do. I’m very satisfied with their service.

Needed help on Sunday morning. We called Orange Coast Plumbing and by 12 noon they came out to assess the water heater issue. Next day new water heater installed cleanly and professionally. My first call whenever we have a plumbing issue in our home.

Henry was professional and on time. He helped us find a leak that we didn't know we had. He also replaced the pressure valve that was way overdue. We will definitely call them again for any issues.

Our story:The wife and I returned home from a short getaway and found excessive water pressure from the plumbing fixtures. Yikes! Best guess, bad pressure relief valve. I called Orange Coast Plumbing @ 7:30 am and before noon we had a new PRV, new ball valve shutoff and hose bib. OCP showed up gave me a price and began work. The crew was great. 18-FEB-2018, O.C.Plumbing Inc.-Nolan R. arrived within an hour to repair my broken PVC line near the sprinkler controls. He explained that they don't carry any anti siphoning valves in their truck and he will pick up the parts tomorrow for approx. $225 but I didn't want to wait and I shut off the main irrigation valve for now. I will schedule a repair in the summer time. Nolan was professional, honest, and helpful. Thank you!

OCP does top notch work. When they fix something it is done right. They are not the cheapest, but they are the best. Highly recommend them. We have used them for a little bit of everything. They stand behind everything they do and they do it the RIGHT way every time. We have had to use them to fix other companies mistakes.

Over pricing, after service was horrible

Very impressed with this company! Karen in the office was very professional and sent someone out right away. Kevin was able to detect the problem and offered a cost effective solution. The following day Kevin and Josh arrived right on time and worked all day. Hard labor! Yet they remained super friendly and answered all my questions. Job well done!

Nolan preformed an emergency repair on our dishwasher right after thanksgiving. He was on time, professional, friendly and got our dishwasher repaired quickly. Thanks Orange Coast Plumbing!

Steven N was very professional and punctual in the middle of the night, did an amazing job and did not take long great job really.

Very shady operation. They get you in with the minimum charge then hit you with ridiculous upcharges. Had them out to replace a wax ring on a toilet that was leaking. They proceeded to tell me the flange was bad, which is probably correct. After 20 minutes in his truck came back with an estimate for $1,500 to replace the flange. Then recommended Hydrojetting for $1,600. The toilet is less than 30 ft from the main line in the street. So far out of the reasonable range for this work. I would never recommend them unless you want to be grossly overcharged.

Avoid these people at all cost!! The plumber that came out was unable to fix my problem, yet he demanded that I pay $575 for 10 minutes of work. The management / owner is worse. They would not try to rectify the situation or provide a discount for work that was not completed. Instead they took me to court TWICE to try to collect the money twice! I am not the only one that is complaining of this. Many of the 5 Stars ratings are obviously of their own people.

Iv had many other bad plumbing company's in my home a absolute nightmare for me but I was so glad Johny Ray from Orange coast plumbing the top Dogs came out to do some plumbing work in my home. Hands down the best experience Iv had for for and my family and I will stay with this company for life. He was honest. Did the job right and cleaned up after himself thank you Johny Ray. 😊

James Athens was our technician, and he was personable and professional. He was able to diagnose the issue of our ruptured pipe quickly and was able to complete the repairs today as well. He also was able to recommend a remediation company that can help us with the next phase of our predicament caused by the ruptured pipe. On April 14, 2022, I had a toilet installed in my home by two very professional plumbers. Unfortunately, I don't remember their names, but, they were both very thorough, when explaining what they would be doing, as well as, making a very logical recommendation, by putting a camera down into my toilet, to see if their were any additional issues. Fortunately, everything was fine. I was very pleased with the service they provided, and, would highly recommend them in the future, thanks so much!

Our A/C had stopped. Able to get service the next day. Tech zeroed into the problem quickly. It stopped working again later in the day. They back that next day and further blew out a condensation line that had been clogged up, causing the stoppage. It has worked just fine since. The techs were knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend this company! Moved in to a new place, had a plumbing problem. I called a random plumber, got stood up all day. Frustrated, I googled for a local plumber and found these guys. They answered the phone within a couple rings, immediately got my info and promised someone would be out within the next hour or two. Given it was late Sunday night at this point, I didn't know whether someone would actually show up, given my experience so far this day with the other company. To my delight, Trevor showed up, as promised, within the window, was extremely friendly and knowledgable, and was able to solve my issues quickly. I'm keeping these guys on file. Hopefully I won't need a plumber any time soon again, but if I do, next time I'm calling these guys first!x2 Found a leak around midnight, right before 4th of July. Called these guys while my girlfriend called a few other places. These guys were the only people who actually called us back. Steven was very kind and walked us through what to do until he got there, showed up as promised, professional, and ran a thorough test to determine the location of the issue and a solution. Highly recommend this company, again! Only plumbers worth working with, they are amazing!

My family and I woke up to a broken A/C unit and of course, it had to be on the hottest day of the summer. I’ve called several ac companies and nobody was available to come out. Luckily, Jon G. from orange coast plumbing arrived exactly when he said he would. He was careful to respect my home and wore booties over his shoes and wore a face mask due to COVID.Jon G. walked me through the inspection process and told me exactly what he will be doing. He inspected the a/c unit and took all the measurements needed to identity the problem. He had the replacement parts in his vehicle and was able to install them on the spot. He even went out of his way to let me know which parts that needed to be replace soon. He didn’t pressured me to buy anything additional. Overall, he got my a/c unit back up and running in an efficient manner. Thank you Jon, I appreciate it. Very professional, I highly recommend.

I had an emergency with a large water leak. They came out that same day and then Steven and Scott spent the entire next day fixing up everything. New copper pipe from the street to the house and added all new fixtures. When the water pressure was a little low I called and Steven came out and fixed it for me. They were extremely competent and polite and I will definitely use them for any future plumbing problems.

Tayler was my plumber today and repaired the leaking toilet and had parts and was thorough.

We had a MAJOR plumbing problem, with the main line broken off and disconnected from the city main sewer line. Erick did a GREAT job diagnosing the problem, showing us camera footage, and fixing the problem with a liner that made it unnecessary to tear up the street over the line. He saved us THOUSANDS of dollars over our next closest estimate. Great job, great people, highly recommended.

The plumber showed up at the beginning of the appointment time on a SUNDAY !He replaced a broken outside hose bib in half an hour. Great job.

James was a delight to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained what the job involved and actually taught me along the way. I had bought my toilet and we discovered some damage due to packing. James was creative in figuring out a solution which did not require returning the toilet or needing to reschedule a second service call. In the future I will ask for him by name.

A simple kitchen faucet installation with two valve replacements with $553 cost ($300 labor to install the faucet, the rests were the cost of replacing two valves one for hot water one for cold water). Totally overcharged.

My tenant had a water line burst and I called OCP and they had someone come out within the hour. Shannon came out and was very professional and informative about the issue. He was knowledgeable and quick with the repair.

John and David did an amazing job clearing out my shower drain. Took a while and they were persistent. They were also careful to place rags on the floor to prevent any damage to the flooring. Very much appreciate their help and will be using them again! Thank you Josh and David.

Just be careful when you read the review about the company. They has a very good review and that why I asked them for an estimate. He told me it cost over $1200 to replaced the new bathtub valve and no one will do it either. I told him too much when I got another quote for only $300. He continue to do the job without telling me the cost or agreement / approval from me. After that he charge me $487.22. I asked him for the break down of the charge. He said it on the invoice and turned out it nothing on the invoice. It took him almost an hr to find the tools from his truck and another over an hour to go buy the part plus he used / talked on the phone plus he smoke...He did not know that I have camera around my house. I called and email the company and told them what happened. I don't agreed the charge amount from him. They said they will talk to him. I hope they will be honest to customer when do the job so they can earned more business in the future. The reviews were most positive and that why I have them to give me an estimate. Guess what? turned out, it all lies / fault reviews so they can get business and customers and that why you don't see negative reviews. Lesson to learn, NOT to base on the review but go by the reference or refer. As for me, I will NOT use them again or even recommend to any one.

I always call this company for our 3 commercial properties and the response time is great! The problem is solved, they always provide camera footage, and the best part is their communication. They always call me when they are on their way, when they are there and at completion. I appreciate the details that are provided during their work and the solutions they give to avoid further issues. Their techs CHRIS, JAMES and a few others I can't remember, so sorry, are always so patient with me and make sure to do the job even if they have to go back and fix their error the very next morning. (some glue hadn't dried yet on the pipes)The sewer drain was really clogged apparently due to toilet wipes and it took them a while to get it cleaned out but they didn't leave until they checked with my tenants to ensure all was good.THANKS GUYS.....YOU ARE THE BEST.....a bit pricey, but worth it during our emergency situations!

We hired Orange Coast Plumbing to video the sewer line in connection with the property being sold. The plumber, Nolan, was enormously conscientious and also tracked the location of the line for us and provided a lot of very helpful information to assist the buyer. We are very pleased with the service provided!

Eric was on time, and installed our water softener efficiently and cleaned up perfectly before he left. He was also willing to check out a few other plumbing issues around the house! This is our second time using Orange Coast, and they have consistently provided great service!

I thought this was going to be a quick hook up of a new sink but apparently I was wrong. Due to the old pipes and other things it ended up being a job that took a few hours. Luckily Jeff had all the parts already and was able to stay to hook it up.

Used a few local plumbers on my bathroom sink and couldn't get it to stop leaking, so needless to say I spent a pretty penny on it.So I decided to go with these guys, they were able to get it done the first time and the guy who came by was super quick and professional. My shower was having problems getting hot water and there was no water coming out of the shower head. Called orange coast plumbing to set a free estimate appointment the very next day. They were punctual in the set time. I really recommend Felix our plumber. He's very knowledgeable and professional. The Moen cassette that had to be removed for the water valve would of been impossible for me or most beginners to achieved. The rate they charged to do the job was well worth it.

My experience with Orange Coast Plumbing was just awesome. No one ever likes to call the plumber unless they have to. However, I had this guy named Nolan he was friendly and respectful. He listened to the issue I was having and he checked it out. He explained to me what the issue was so that I understood and he went to work and got the job done. Most plumbers wont even waste their time with explaining the quote and the job but he did. He reassured me the over all experience was great. Highly recommend this company. We've used Orange Coast Plumbing several times. I've always experienced them as responsive and reliable. Never had an issue with workmanship. On this occasion, we've been renovating our kitchen and needed our new sink plumbed, and our new faucet and garbage disposal installed. Shannon worked the majority of the day to complete these tasks, as well as having to do some rerouting of the drain hoses. All-in-all, great experience.

I called Orange Coast Plumbing and was able to get a same day appointment for my clogged kitchen sink. They called me to see if I was available before my appointment time. Can't say enough good things about this company right now! After they came out and snaked and jetted our drain it looks like we have new pipes! There was so much gunk and crud (grease, eggshells, etc.) built up that there is no way I would have gotten through the holiday season without calling a plumber and probably at a much higher rate! Kevin was friendly, efficient, and even got me the before and after videos to show me the difference their service made! He also offered advice on how I could help maintain so it would last longer (drain-o is no bueno , lol). Will absolutely use this company for any future plumbing needs and will let friends and family know this is a fast, friendly, and reliable business!

Scott found the problem quickly and had a couple replacement faucets in his truck so I didn't have to waste my time shopping for one. He installed the new one and was on his way. Later that night we realized that we like the new one better than our old one, which is always a bonus.

Jeff number 2 spent all day clearing our kitchen sink plumbing of years of accumulated gunk. He also installed a new kitchen sink faucet and he and number 1 Jeff cleaned out our mainline leading to the city sewer. Both Jeff’s were very good and both knowledgeable. Jeff #2 is conscientious and personable and from what I can tell of Jeff#1 both are trying to be as thorough as possible in making me aware of any potential problems I should be aware of in the future.

Needed immediate same day service due to a clog in our main line that caused our downstairs bathroom to flood. Called at 4:00 in the afternoon, Orange Coast Plumbing had someone there before 6:00pm. I have used Orange Coast Plumbing in the past for repairs around my house. I will not use them again. I recently had some repairs done to my home forced air heater. It needed a gas valve replaced and a drip leg installed. When the crew arrived, they looked over the job and gave me a verbal ballpark estimate of between $800.00 and $900.00. It seemed high to me, but I don't know about parts and labor, plus we needed to get the work done. I authorized it.During the replacement of the items, the lead man advised me that he could give me a $50.00 discount if I write a favorable review on Google. As I felt things were going quickly and efficiently, I agreed I would after the job is done and I see how the quality is. I was then informed that in order to get the $50.00 discount I would have to submit the positive review before I paid for the job and received an invoice. I felt like I was being blackmailed into giving a positive review. But I did, and I received the discount.At the time of the transaction, I asked for a copy of the invoice showing a breakdown of the work. I was informed that he could not provide an invoice but if I called the office they would send me one by e-mail. I did receive a digital copy of the invoice before the crew left, but it was not a detailed invoice. The Work Description outlined what my concerns were. Then there is a one line description of what was done. It reads, Cost to replace gas valve and add drip leg $800.00 to $900.00. Discount $50.00”. The grand total of the invoice was $809.98.I asked the worker for more detail, such as the amount for parts and labor. He said they don’t provide that information and I would have to call the office. I did, and was informed that they no longer provide detailed invoices. All of the work they do is just a lump sum operation with no breakdown. A particular operation would cost a set cost to include material and labor. I called back to speak to the main supervisor. I was told he was out of the office, so I left a message. He called me and left a voicemail that sounded like he really didn’t understand my issue. I called back the same day and left a message. (April 2) I have yet to hear from him again.Since they do not provide breakdowns, I decided to check on parts. Home Depot has the gas valve available for $137.75. The drip leg looks like it was built from standard galvanized plumbing lines. Being extremely generous, all parts with tax could have been purchased for $200. Probably much less. This left a total, after the $50.00 discount, of $609.98 for labor. Since their total time, in and out, was just about an hour, that means each worker charged $305.00 each for one hour of labor.Again, I am very disappointed in how this was billed and handled. I feel breakdowns on cost should be provided up front, or at least when the job is completed so it shows the expenditures. I also feel that soliciting a positive review before applying a discount is improper business practice. I will not use Orange Coast Plumbing again.

Nov 2019I needed a water Heater replaced and called several plumbers out. They all came out and said that when previous owner moved my water heater from kitchen to garage it turned out to be all illegal. No one but Orange Coast would give estimate or were willing to fix ASAP. Jeff from Orange Coast came out the next day and spent 2 days with very intensive labor fixing the multitude of problems. They were a little on high side on pricing but after the installation I can see why. He kept me informed every step of the way without making me feel like an idiot. I would recommend this company before going anywhere else. Absolutely fabulous.I did a few estimates before Jeff got there but no one else was willing or able to do the work________________________________________________________________03/20/20Had a gas smell in my kitchen and called the Gas Company who came out and shut us down. I remembered what great service I got from Orange Coast and gave them another try. Turned out after spending almost a day and 1/2 with Jeff and another gentleman they found a multitude of leaks and fixed them. Took about a day but well worth it. Turned out one was from my new HVAC system I've only had for about 2 years. If it wasn't for Jeff who knows what would have happened especially since my older mother is on oxygen. Thank you Orange Coast for the professionalism and quick response. I love you guys!!!!!

Josh and David were absolutely amazing! I have been having ongoing plumbing issues and they were able to remove my entire shower enclosure and reinstall a new one in the same day! They even cleaned up and swept the floors without me asking! They went above and beyond and provided truly excellent customer service! I cannot praise or recommend them enough!

Orange coast plumbing just installed mini-split air conditioner. They were great, on time, efficient, friendly. Showed me how everything worked. I'm very happy with everything.

I honestly don't understand how even a novice plumber could make so many mistakes...1. The escutcheon was not installed flush with the tile, and the handle wasn't inserted all the way in. With some usage of the handle it will eventually wiggle and the silicone would detach from the tile, creating a leak.2. Poor and messy caulk job.3. Sealed the weep holes at the bottom.4. Used white caulk whereas typically a clear silicone is used in these installations.5. Caulked the inside of the escutcheon whereas you're only supposed to caulk around it.When I called to complain they said they were looking into it, and never bothered to apologize or offer me a refund.

Total rip off. They came around a gave me a price for hooking up a water outlet to the fridge which at the time I thought was very inflated (but I don't know anything about plumbing). They quoted me $480 - I based agreeing to this on the guy telling me it would take 90 minutes (there was two guys). It ended up taking 30 minutes. I had another plumbing company in to do other work and they said they job they did should have been $220.I feel absolutely ripped off - they might as well have come in my house and stole a painting off the wall as this to me is a form of theft. I would not reccommend this company and I feel very disappointed.

Having our A/C and Furnace replaced today. Reese and Chuck are the technicians handling this installation. Did discuss our needs for replacing our old A/C & Furnace with Reese a few days prior he was very courteous and helpful in identifying the various options. We chose the American Standard Silver 16 for the A/C for its SEER and cost and included a 4 ton Furnace. Reese and Chuck completed the installation in a timely, efficient and professional manner. So I did not hesitate to give Reese, Chuck and Orange Coast Plumbing FIVE stars. Will recommend them to anyone needing A/C and Furnace Systems.

I work for a local nonprofit and we are sometimes hesitant to call for service since we aren’t cash heavy. But we’ve needed a plumber recently, a few times, and Orange Coast Plumbing has come to our rescue, specifically Tayler Full. Tayler is incredibly knowledgeable and is quick to easily explain what the issues is, what you’ll need to get it fixed and is quick to do a great job. These last few jobs, we’ve asked for Tayler by name and she has been spot on with her work, her professionalism and candor when it comes to doing her job. While we hope we won’t be needing a plumber anytime in the near future, we won’t hesitate to call OCP and ask for Tayler to come out.

Issues under the kitchen sink. House had incorrect valves that caused supply lines to drip and backup faucet. They fixed the underlying problem by changing valves and told me using adapters was a temporary fix that would lead to downstream issues. OCP answered on a Saturday night at 8:00 pm and was at my house by 9:00. Problem fixed by 9:45. They will be my go to plumbing company moving forward. I'd leave 6 stars if I could

Kevin went to the house after the tenants water kept backing up. He used the camera and found many roots in the sewer pipe. After our three options, we chose the hydro jetting. Kevin seemed to think that this was our best option. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

They first sent out Morgan to look at my main shut off valve outside and he gave me a fair appraisal for replacement. Alex came out to do the replacement and did a quick and perfect replacement of that old non-functioning valve.

Had an emergency hot water heater leak tonight, but live in community with rules no plumbers after 6pm and it was 8:30. Risking a fine I told security to let orange coast plumbing in. Nate was assigned and he called me first to understand the situation. He asked me to face time with him if I could show him what was happening. He helped me turn off the water and turn this handleLeft and this one right and that or down and more handles on hot water heater in different directions then had me check to see if water was off and then unplug recirculation pump before continuing so it didn’t burn it out. Leak had stopped shooting water through my garage. Within 10 minutes Nate had everything under control till morning when he’ll come to fix leak and turn everything back on. Great service. Had a water heater needing immediate replacement due to the bottom corroded and badly leaked. Orange Coast responded immediately and sent Keith to assess and then completely replace the unit. Did a great job and would recommend him and Orange Coast Plumbing to fix any plumbing issues.

I called several other well known plumbing companies and OCP responded immediately (still waiting to hear back from the others) and was able to send a tech out the next day. Keith did a great job helping with new faucet installation in the bathroom and was able to alert me to a couple other issues that needed to be fixed. Overall great service and a job well done!

I was in dire straits with a serious plumbing problem. Jeff came out to my house, found out what was wrong handled it quickly and professionally. Cleaned up the mess and saved me from further headaches.

Erick arrived on time- a few minutes early and quickly determined my suspected slab leak was confirmed. He quickly located the leak with electronic listening device, opened the wall and capped it. He was able to quickly send a dry out team to dry the area and my wood floor. He recommended a repipe option that reduced mess and cost and resolved the issue.

These plumbers came out to our place and cleared a root clog exactly three weeks ago. Today, the same problem recurred, and sewage backed up and overflowed all over our house for the second time. We have big trees on our street, and had this problem before. When they cleared it correctly before, it took two years for the problem to come back. I called and asked Orange Coast Plumbing to come fix the problem correctly, and they said they would charge us again, and claimed the roots had already grown back in just three weeks! But last time it was cleared that took two years! We had to hire a more reputable company to come fix the problem. If you check the Yelp Reviews, there are many frustrated customers as a result of working with this company. Words cannot express how disappointed I am.

It was great to have Taylor as our plumber today. I felt very comfortable with her and could sense her honesty. She’s very professional also would love to have her be our regular plumber!

For the record, over the last 30 + years at this address I've been using Orange Coast Plumbing increasingly because theirs has been the most professional and competent service I've found. This week my water system was letting out unearthly howls. Nolan Rodriguez was the responding technician, replaced my 50-gallon water heater and recirculation pump, and added a drip pan, drain line, and expansion tank. Nolan was a very neat, professional, and pleasant person; he was fast, thorough, neat and knew exactly what he was doing. No mess!

The worst company I had ever deal with. Last Sunday I had a leaking pipe in the garage and the guy from this company came over and worked for one hour to change a 10-inch copper pipe and charged me $855.27.I am deaply unsatisfied and hope nobody wants to try them and have such an experience.

My AC broke down during a very hot week. I scheduled an appointment with Orange Coast Plumbing, Reese arrived as scheduled and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Very professional and addressed all my concerns.

We needed hose bibs replaced. We called three places and had them come out for quotes. Orange Coast Plumbing won our business. The plumbers, Nolan and Rock, arrived in the middle of the service window. I received a text ahead of time that they were on their way so that we could make ourselves available. Once they assessed the situation, they gave us a quote immediately on the spot - and it was $400 less than the other two plumbing companies quoted! Even better, they offered to do the work right then and there, whereas the other plumbing companies told me they'd have to come back another time (for a 1-2-hour job). Additionally, Nolan and Rock educated us on a couple of other plumbing issues we knew we have and will need to address in the coming weeks or months but weren't ready to address just yet. They're won our business for the long term.

Did a great job

We had quite an extensive day of plumbing today -- leaking toilet and frozen sink faucet - both needing major replacement parts and a lot of effort. We've used OC Plumbing for years and have always been satisfied by their service. Today was no different. Our plumber, Tayler, showed up on time, worked efficiently, communicated the process and requirements to us throughout her time here, and left us with a clean and working bathroom. We couldn't be more satisfied and we will certainly keep OC Plumbers as our trusted plumbers. We also understand that Tayler is fairly new with the company and she is a keeper (and my wife was thrilled to see a female plumber on the job).

Complete sham.We recently remodeled our bathroom and after a couple of weeks we had a toilet stoppage the day after Christmas. We did a Google search and called Orange Coast Plumbing.Started out as expected. We were given a price of $225 to unclog the toilet, a bit pricey. After about thirty minutes the tech, Jesse broke his auger and informed us, and I quote, 'I'm assuming this toilet hasn't worked since the installation. No, we told him it had worked for weeks. His exact words were, Then I have no idea. We should have stopped then.We were desperate and so we let him continue. Now remember we were quoted $225.First - Pulled toilet and attempted to run a snake couldn't get it cleared, an additional $225.Second - Ran a sewer camera from the roof vent, an additional $425.Third - I had to help him lift his heavy equipment onto the roof for a second try at clearing the line, an additional $125.Lastly - Reinstalled the toilet, an additional $375.19For a grand total of $1,132.19Three hours, nearly to the minute after Jesse left, our sink in the kitchen is clogged. What amazing work.My favorite part is that after Jesse hosed us, he tried to guide me onto Google to write a review. He even told me what to write. He said to say something like, Orange Coast Plumbing came out and helped us in a jam, or some nonsense like that. So, we get ripped off and then the tech tries to coax me into writing a lie. Very professional.Be warned, either the techs that work for this company have no idea what they are doing, or they are purposefully trying to rip you off. Either way, beware.

If I could give this company a zero star I would. On their website they advertise for a technician to come out for free to give an estimate of the issue. However, the technician that came said he has to change valves and flu lines for $549 to determine what the issue is. After talking to my brother on the phone the price suddenly dropped to $200. The only way he could diagnose the issue was to change the flux lines. I’m no expert but looking at the tank and watching some YouTube videos the flux lines didn’t have any issues. We spoke with Joe to raise our concern and question but his answer was that it made sense why the technician did what he did and we need to change the system because the fluxes weren’t the issue. I’m very disappointed by the service and Joe’s management skill sets. The goals is the company is 100% satisfactory and let me tell you, you have failed your first goal. Do your research before moving forward with this company. If you are a girl trying to get advice don’t go with them either because they will take an advantage of you due to your lack of knowledge.

Amazing Experience with Felix. Cannot say enough about the level of help, expertise and of course our confidence/piece of mind now that the project(s) are complete. We did a bathroom renovation in our upstairs, and had initially called for help with the installing Tub/Shower Trim. My wife was so happy that as we continued the project and needed further plumbing assistance- installing new PTrap on our new sink/vanity and turns out we ended up having a slow/small leak in the shower copper pipes in the background.... Thanks to your entire team, we are grateful! :o)

I stupidly drove a nail into a wall and went straight through a copper water pipe on Valentine's Day. I shut off the water main and had a mental meltdown. Orange Coast Plumbing came up first in my Google search for plumbing emergency and I took the chance. The service was perfect from the first minute. The dispatcher took my information and said she'd call back ASAP to let me know the soonest someone could be here. She called back and said he was on his way. The plumber, Nolan Rodriguez, arrived in only 20 minutes and assessed the situation and I instantly felt I was in good hands. Within a half hour he was able to get in the wall and replace the damaged pipe perfectly. Nolan's calm and friendly approach calmed me down and his work was excellent. The price very fair and lower than I expected. Such a relief! I am so happy I found these guys. They are my plumbers for anything that comes up in the future. Thanks, OCP!

I have dealt with OC Plumbing several times over the years and found them to be dependable, courteous and fair, from the receptionist and office staff to the plumbers and service men who have come to the house. We now live out of state but still use them for our rental property. We recently had a water leak in the rental and they took care of it within a few hours and at a reasonable cost with minimal disruption to our tenants. I am very happy and recommend them highly.

The gentlemen from Orange Coast Plumbing who serviced my house's plumbing needs were on time, professional, helpful, and extremely nice. They explained everything that needed to be done in simple terms and delivered results in two days. The long short is, I had over 10 feet of roots growing in my main line and needs to not only remove the roots, but get plumbing cleanouts installed as my home is old enough and didn't have them. I also installed a lining on my newly cleaned out main line to prevent this from happening again. The crew was efficient and timely and did what they could to help me, as this was a huge out-of-pocket expense. I absolutely recommend this company to anyone.

Jesse and his partner Henry were very professional and friendly. We had a broken main water line which was a shock for us at first. Not having any water is not fun. My mom had a toilet that was continually running on Sat., 2/4/23 as well as, low water pressure that had been intermittent for awhile. We called to set up an appt. to have a plumber come out as soon as possible and was able to get one the same day which we were very appreciative of. We had major issues with a sewer line (on New Year's Eve) that would make anyone question their lot in life.Orange Coast Plumbing (Steven was our plumber) fixed the issue and we were very satisfied with their service. We erroneously assumed they would charge a premium on a holiday or Sunday, so we had them come out the following Monday.The cost was in line with the competition, based on some other contacts I made for a second opinion.They weren't punctual on a couple visits but I think they were just super busy and probably overbooked. They were apologeitc and it wasn't that big a deal to us.

We had a major pipe leak in our building so we called Orange Coast Plumbing to come out and fix it. The response time was perfect! Tayler Full showed up and did a quick assessment and provided a detailed explanantion of what she needed to do. The leak was major and required a full days work. Tayler was awesome! Called OC plumbing for an emergency draining of my kitchen sink on Jan 20. I wanted my sink working before my trip on Jan 21.They sent someone right away but this person was unable to solve the issue. I came home from my trip Jan 27 to find my under sink leaking (which is a new problem possibly caused by previous plumber), called OC plumbing and sent Jesse right away and Jesse resolve the leaking pipe but the drainage will have to be done the following week. I had to stay in my partner's home for several days since I cannot use the sink. I came home Feb 4 to find my kitchen sink filled with 3 inches of water. Called OC plumbing right away, and they sent Tayler. I was surprised since Tayler is female and looks very young but she knew what she was doing. Orange Coast Plumbing did a great job are replacing our broken garbage disposal, as well as 4 leaking valves. They sent Nolan out less than 24 hours after our request for service, very impressed!

I don't usually post about these things but I felt this was necessary due to the level of service we were provided. i Called orange coast plumbing and their rep Reese came out . He was there on time, took the time to explain everything to us, including the options we had to fix our drain (even though it was a very complicated issue under a cement slab) and made us feel comfortable about the repair and price. He left the place cleaner than when he came and we felt we were in the best hands throughout the whole process. If I could give 10 stars I would!!

Top level summary – We had a super plumber here. No other plumber will be allowed to work in our home.Excuse the long review, but we had a lot of work done for me to comment on. The toilet downstairs had a broken flange and was leaking all over the floor. Since we were having a plumber come, we thought lets have them look at the toilet upstairs as it’s bolted tight but rocks. The water valve on the toilet does not fully turn off so let’s do that too.Then I thought I’d check the valve under the sink to see if it’s frozen up as well. With my wife saying don’t touch it, don’t touch it…….. I touched it. Snapped right off. Now I got the whole house shut down. Fifty percent of the time I have to shut off the water supply, the valve handles snap right off and sometimes sprays away. So we wanted the plumber to fix both toilets and change out all the water supply valves with something even I can’t break.When we called Orange Coast Plumbing, we asked for Alex. He had come out on a middle of the night clogged main line issue. At that time we were impressed with how he handled himself and the job he did.Alex came out and we showed him all we needed done. We went over everything we wanted fixed or upgraded in two bathrooms and the kitchen. He pulls out a super robust water valve that meets the “even I can’t break it” requirement. He explained everything he was going to do to fix our issues and what it was going to cost. Then, he got to it.It was a big job of cutting pipe, chipping concrete, pouring concrete, installing valves and flanges. He even fixed the stoppers on the sinks that I couldn’t get right. That part he didn’t charge for (don’t tell his boss).We were very impressed with Alex. He presented himself well with knowledge and a friendly demeanor. He really knows his stuff!We were completely, totally impressed with Alex and would recommend him to anyone and everyone. We will be calling him back (by name) to do the install work for a whole house water system and kitchen drinking system we will be putting in.God bless Alex and Orange Coast Plumbing for doing such an excellent job.

I appreciate the service and quick response. I will say, however, I went with someone else for the recommended work because of their price gouging. To change an internal shower valve the estimate was $1400!!! This was $1000-$1100 more than the other plumbers I use. I feel bad for the folks who don't know better and will pay this type of price. Again the price was over $1000 more than 3 other estimates. $1400 for a $200 part. This price gouging of your local citizens is just sad and a disservice. There are some great plumbers out there that make an honest living please do yourself a favor and go find them. Other reviews point to this same greedy behavior.

Nolan retrieved my AirPod Pro case and saved the day and my toilet!Not sure how it happened but my AirPod case fell into the toilet after using the restroom and of course without realizing it, I flushed the toilet. I called Orange Coast Plumbing because they did great work on installing a new faucet and the same toilet last year.Came out same day (big win). Required taking the toilet off and tried tirelessly to get it out but it was lodged in the bed of the toilet. We finally could see it, giving us hope. I acted as his cheerleader, lol! Nolan kept working at it with the auger, the hose, tilting it, until the AirPod released! But the story doesn’t end there. Nolan is first class all the way. He is super polite and informative. And he I insisted on cleaning up everything, even removing the scratches made by the auger inside the toilet. Nolan takes pride in his job and it definitely shows. He’s my new plumbing hero. Steven responded from OC Plumbing. He exhibited his knowledge in analyzing the problem of why the air gap continued to spew water even with a new hose and air gap device had been installed. He discovered that the exit orifice of the disposal was clogged. (A problem which was not evident with routine inspection.) He cleared it and reinstalled and the problem was cleared.Another happy customer.

We’ve used Orange Coast 3-4 times now, and each time has been excellent. However, the latest service call really saw Steven N. go above and beyond. What started as a leak on the inside of our condo unit ended up requiring the City to come and shut off water. The entire ordeal with the City took about 3 hours, and Steven stuck through it all, making sure that our home was going to be fixed. He didn’t leave until almost 2am, and was incredibly thorough. Excellent service once again Orange Coast. Wouldn’t even think to look for anyone else to come in need for anything plumbing related.

I highly recommend themMy water heater started a slow leak in the long weekend :(. I knew I needed to get a replacement. I called multiple plumbers to get a quote on storage as well as Tankless water heater. One of the companies I called was Orange Coast Plumbing.Chuck came gave me a good quote on the job they would have to do explaining it was a two separate day job. The heater needed to be removed, the area under it had to be checked for water damage and cleaned up first. The new heater to be installed at a later date.I was inclined towards Tankless water heater but was still researching the cost.Plumbing jobs are way expensive in USA but some companies gave me quotes that were thousands of dollars more 🤔. AND a few had a “take it or leave it” attitude.Knowing I wanted work started on Tuesday it was Colten and Chris who came to remove the old heater. I was still debating on whether I should buy Tankless. Chris was very knowledgeable and explained the Pros & Cons of both types. He convinced me to go for Tankless water heater. He patiently and clearly answered all my questions. They removed the storage heater and set it up so that water could still flow through hot water taps.Once the water damaged sections were removed, they came back on Thursday to install my tankless water heater. It is a full day work and Colten and Chris did a very good job. All the connections were precisely done and in straight lines, no short cuts.Additionally things like adding Condensate neutralizer (accessory) and proper drain for neutralized water flow were also taken care by another visit. It was all part of the same quote with no extra charge to me although they had to come totally 4 times! All times that they came and worked, they left everything clean.If you call OC plumbers to do the job, ask for Colten and Chris. Thanks to both of you for installing my new Tankless water heater.

My hot water heater was on the fritz, they came out on New Years Eve to fix it. I was very happy they could make it that day. The tech advised me that the high pressure valve was most likely leaking, and said he would replace it for $240. I said OK, after he came back from the truck, he advised that he had mis quoted me on the price, and it would be $385.00. I reluctantly agreed, and he changed out the valve in 30 minutes. Everything was good, but, the next day, same problem. Called the office, the tech called me back, and said,Oh well, I guess it must the water heater. Not exactly comforting. I asked how much, he quoted me $2k to change the water heater, and they would credit me the $385 If I went ahead. I asked about tankless water heaters, they have a $1000 rebate from Socal Edison, and the tech had never heard of this. He let me know that they don't have any tankless in stock, and, it would be 3-4 days before he could get a quote and potentially install it. He guessed around $3500 for the tankless water heater. On Monday, I got the quote for $4995, and there was a $300 rebate it qualified for. I ended up going to Home Depot and buying a tanked water heater for $700 and doing the work myself. Also, while at Home Depot I saw the part they put on, it costs $14. They charged me $370 for 45 minutes of labor (I know, it was New Years eve) Ouch! expensive!

I have to give OCP-Orange County 5 stars as they were beside me the whole way with regard to my slab leak and repipe and water heater. They showed up immediately and provided necessary support and advice. Never wanting to go thru this again I opted for a whole house repipe. Chris, the lead plumber, was knowledgeable, professional and skilled and very patient with me and my constant questions. He explained the process, the how, and the why and put me at ease during a very emotional and trying situation. All follow-up questions were answered immediately. OCP has the best communication team I've ever experienced, from on-call techs, the office staff and Chris' return calls to me, they are second to none. They are my go to plumbers from now on.

The service we received from Jesse F. was outstanding. Jesse was always 100% professional and was clean and answered our questions in a friendly and professional manner. Jesse also broke down the estimate job by job with a total before he even began the work. During the work I added a faucet replacement to the job. Jesse showed me the options I had and I went with a faucet he had on the truck.At the end of the day, Jesse sat down with my mom and myself and explained the bill had gone up in price due to the addition of the faucet and a few more items he had to add to make the faucet work.There were no surprises and no nonsense as I paid the bill.I have used Orange Coast Plumbing in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

Scott spent a lot of time and patience trying to locate a pin hole in the gas line. He was very professional and customer service minded. I would use this company and Anyone from this company.

We had Michael (Mike) come out and install a few things after our kitchen remodel. He installed the water line to refrigerator, reinstalled dishwasher, put the faucet in the sink, and installed the garbage disposal. He was very professional during the installation, he was on time, clean and friendly. Quoted us a price of $1100.00 to do the job and it took him a few hours to complete everything.Here is when the problem began: when he installed the faucet, he had the handle on the left hand side, told my husband that was very odd, but was in properly as the brand name was facing the correct way. We thought it odd, but said okay. We didn’t test the hot and cold until the next day. When we went to use it, the hot and cold water were backwards. Then we looked at the box that it came in and it showed the handle on the right hand side, but in the instructions it did say it could go either way. We also looked online to see how to install it, and it said if you put in on the left side, the hoses needed to be switched. So we called OC Plumbing to have someone come fix it. We get a call from Mike, telling us that he installed it correctly and if he were to come out again he’d have to charge us. When we asked to speak to the manager, he hung up on us.We called and spoke with Mark H, the office manager, who was very kind, apologized for the way we were treated and said he would fix it. The only problem was he couldn’t get someone out until later in the day or the next day and we were going out of town. So my husband decided to do it, it took him 15 minutes to correct the problem and he is not a professional. When I called Mark back, he said he appreciated our business, but I wonder if they just appreciated our money. We were very disappointed with our customer experience.

UPDATE: we have used Orange Coast Plumbing a couple more times since my original review. Their employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. When our garbage disposal was leaking, they had same day availability and Jeff M. explained our options and completed the work efficiently.Steven N. explained every step he took when flushing our water heater. He was very friendly and professional.

Justin and Reese are very professional and worked well together. Our house was a clean after they left as it was before they started.They had to remove old duct work in the attic and replacing with new. The old installation was diy effort and completed so that it made a very unhealthy environment (no taping at all, so easy to remove).We would highly recommend Orange Coast Plumbing, especially Justin and Reese. I am so relieved to know it is done right.
