The service people came in time and showed more patience even the host was not at spot at beginning. They presented very professional service on the toilet blockage issue with the professional equipment. Eventually they found the obstruction that caused the issue and proposed new solution to fix it.

Cleaned storm drains surrounding house with hydrojet wash and video camera followup. Work crew was professional and experienced. Cleaned up after work. Shared information as work was being performed. Returned to do re-check and re-cleaning (at no additional charge) when first cleaning was insufficient (drains backed up again after huge rains just days after initial work was performed). Reasonable hourly rate. Only issue was with timing. came very late first day; followup had to be rescheduled twice due to company service issues, but communication in that regard was good.

I was referred to VIP by a neighboring business and I could not be more impressed. The owner answered when I called and after a quick explanation of my problem, he had me text him a video. I received a quote in just a couple hours and was lucky enough to have Bryce out the next morning for install. He was very friendly and professional and most of all, he got the job done right. I would definitely recommend this business to my friends and family.

They let me know they were on time and arrived as promised, completed the work relentlessly until the back and side yard drains were completely cleaned out all the way to the street curb. They were great! They came within a couple hours, so I guess they were not tied up. They had the equipment necessary to unclog a bathroom sink. A tenant had already cleared the j-pipe, but it was still clogged, so Jesus Luna made sure the water went all the way through. The pricing was awesome & time efficient.

Bryce is just outstanding. As a retired business owner, Bryce would make any employer envious. I called VIP for an emergency sewer leak discovered by a landscape contractor in our yard. Bryce responded quickly, inspected and came up with a solution. The job was scheduled for the next day! Bryce and The VIP team are the best.

Technician was dispatched immediately and arrived within an hour of making the appointment. He was clean, courteous and finished the job quickly. By far the best price. Very satisfied for only $69. Highly recommend.

VIP Drain Services jetted all of our mainlines, and did some pipe repairing work in interior/exterior of a 44 units Building in Hawthorne. Nick was very Professional and provided us with adequate information regarding the process from start to end. All carports and driveways were washed down and cleaned. We will continue our services with VIP Drain Services for future preventative maintenance. Since they jetting of our lines our plumbing issue has been overall improvement no backup since Nov 2020

I contacted Matt for a hydro jet job but when their field crew came out, they found out the old drain pipe was broken/disintegrated at various place (via camera work). So the whole drain needed to be replaced. They came up with a proposal and arranged work within a relatively short period of time. Robert and Bryce were helpful and professional. They responded to the inquiry timely and were on time for the appointment. I had clogged drain, not clear where the clogging was. They found the issue was tree roots blocking the inside of the main pipe and took care of the problem immediately. I am very happy with the work done !

Had a whole house sewer re-pipe done and the crew was outstanding. Matt (service manager) was quick to follow-up and was able to fit us in within the same day. Their prices were VERY reasonable (trust me, I called around). Our patio drain has been draining slowly and will all the rain over the past few months, it finally stopped draining due to debris from all the trees (leaves) surrounding our patio. Miguel from their team ended up hydro jetting both of our patio drains for literally half the price of one plumbing company was going to charge me for one drain. Another was gonna charge for assessment fee ONLY, and will not credit towards the work. VIP was reasonably priced and very professional; they also even cleaned up the debris that got into our neighbor’s patio. Definitely using them again for any plumbing issues in the (hopefully distant) future. Definitely highly recommend!

When they finished cleaning the drain they sent a camera down the drain to show me what they had done and where my clog occurred. VIP did a fantastic job of hydrojetting and inspecting my main drain pipe for the backyard storm drains. They cleared the clogs and got rid of most of the roots and got it all flowing again, and marked spots on the grass where the camera showed the breaks so I could repair them. Will definitely be using them yearly for my cleanout services.

They did a great job hydrojetting my sewer line, clearing some root intrusion and a small clog. They were on time, fast and offered some info about long term maintenance issues that was helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to call again.

Just moved into a “new to us” home. In-ground pool in the backyard. Yard drainage system surrounds the house and leads to two outlets at the curb. At the first rain, noticed some of the yard drains were moving slower than what I liked (prior flood experience at a different home has me jittery). Called VIP Sewer & Drain Services, they were out within 2 days. Miguel and Jerry showed up right on time and immediately got to work. The duo was very self-sufficient and had no problem taking time to explain to me what they were doing when I could step away from my work calls. Saw the VIP team pull out some nasty stuff from the drain lines, including a 4-foot stick! Yeah, no wonder the drains were moving slow. Really appreciate the meticulous care to clean up afterwards (clearing drains is a dirty job) especially the extra attention taken not to get anything into the pool.

Had an emergency main line blockage that needed to be cleared. I found VIP Sewer & Drain Services after a quick google search and they were able to get a service technician over to the house within a few hours. Nick was able to isolate and fix the issue quickly and with good communication.

This was my second time using the services from VIP. I asked for Alvino specifically, because he is very professional and does an outstanding job. This particular time, I needed my sewer line to be cleaned out. It had a palm tree piece creating stoppage. It was a full days job. Used VIP Sewer & Drain to replace a failed kitchen sink sewer line and add a new line for a future bathroom addition. What really stood out from their estimate beyond the competitive price was that they covered nearly all finish work (brick, pavers, stucco), were BBB accredited and were insured. They bored new lines, hooked them up to our main sewer and left the area as if no work had been done within the promised completion window. Nick and VIP Plumbing did an excellent job of removing roots from drain pipes in three different locations at my house. A camera snake showed where the roots had entered the drain pipes. In one location, a new backflow valve was installed. In the two other locations, the pipe had to be cleared of roots, descaled and then an epoxy coating was applied to the pipe. When the job was finished, Nick provided videos of the drain pipes so I could see what was done. Nick and his team were professional, responsive to the problem and timely in taking care of it. Nick came out on Xmas eve morning at our request to camera our sink drain. I thought the pipe was broken due a previous break, but nick was able to see it was just a lot of grease and buildup. We converted a closet to place a stacked washer and dryer. It took a little bit longer than anticipated because we had to look for an electrician to install 2 new outlets. They did a great job overall. Miguel was super nice and friendly. Nick, the owner was super nice too. This is our second time to call them for help. The first time was to replace our water heater last year at a different house. They did excellent jobs on both.

We called VIP early Monday morning. They scheduled an appointment for us that afternoon. Bryce showed up on time and ready to get the job done. He looked at our situation, drained the water out of the sink and then rooter-ed the pipe under the house. In about 15 min he had the stoppage cleared and the pipe itself was cleaned out. This may seem like a standard situation. Prior to Bryce and VIP coming to our home, another company had been out to do the same work. They said that the pipe was so bad it needed to be re-routed which would have cost us upwards of $17000.00. Bryce was professional, honest and trusting. He then brought a team back the next day to do a Hydro-Jetting of the pipe. The drain is now almost pristine. We would never look anywhere else but to VIP for our future needs.

Our 50 year old cast iron drain pipes were on their last legs. A persistent clog finally did it. The bids we were getting were to jackhammer the slab and replace individual sections of the pipe. Called VIP and Nick Willis, the owner, showed up within the hour, TV scoped the entire drain system, showing the cracks, actual breakages, and eroded pipe. He gave us a bid to epoxy line the entire drain system, which was a fraction of the cost and mess if we had gone the piecemeal pipe replacement route. He explained the process, how long it would take and exactly what was involved. He and his crew of professionals: Chavez, Migs, Miguel and others showed up in their spotlessly clean trucks and got to work. They were amazing, the process was equally amazing, and after two days of hard work, our 100+ feet of drains were like new. Outstanding!! If you have a drain problem don't even think of calling anyone but VIP.

WOW!! When I received the quote I told my wife it didn't make sense and told her they would need to arrive, perform the service and drive away in less than 30 minutes OR they wee going to upcharge us after arriving and diagnosing the issue. I have a time stamp that shows VIP entering my community at 9:33am and receiving my invoice after finishing at 10:03am. Talk about a machine, Miguel was professional, courteous and polite. In and out, leaving a clear drain behind him. I was sure we would be upcharged to the point where I expected it, I was wrong. A perfectly executed service that made money for VIP and honored their quote.

Called to get hydro jetting service for my kitchen drain that clogs every few months from snaking pipes. Called in Friday morning, came early afternoon same day. Diagnosed my problem with pipe hard scale issues which jetting can’t get rid of. Recommended descale pipes plus hydro jetting. More than what I anticipated but have to give it a try. They didn’t have descaling machine so scheduled for Monday.
I am in the middle of getting my kitchen remodeled and they were installing the backsplash. Alvin had to break off some stucco to gain access to the drain and he was concerned about the backsplash getting loose which was the wall behind. Talked to the contractors and said it will be okay. A+ for Alvin on his concern with the other work being done.
The team successfully de-clogged my kitchen sink pipes from years of hard scale and tons of grease! Showed me live video of how the pipes looked before, after a first pass and after final flush.
Overall, the team did a great job. It’s been only a few days since the service but from what I saw on what they did, I’m satisfied with their service, for properly diagnosing the problem and not recommending what my previous plumbing company would do (just snake the pipes knowing that I’ll have the same issue after a while) and know that I wouldn’t have to deal with another kitchen clog for a long time.

Thank goodness I called VIP! The Friday after Thanksgiving I had VIP come out to unclog a toilet. They were everything I could ask for: responsive, professional, timely, and reasonably priced! A different vendor wanted to charge a $249 emergency fee in addition to the normal call fee to come out. I will absolutely call VIP the next time I need services.

We had a toilet clog that we are not able to fix ourselves. We were able to get an appointment within one day and when Jesus arrived he was friendly and professional. He even showed me how to use the auger because we had bought one but I did not know how to use it correctly. Within minutes he had the toilet unclogged and then cleaned up after himself. They also warranty their work which I really appreciate!

Very pleased with the service, professionalism and pricing! Our main sewer line was draining slowly due to roots in the lines. VIP arrived on time, showed me the blockage via their drain camera, hydro-jetted the lines multiple times and showed me the final result. The techs were professional and best of all, the cost was much lower than what other companies estimated. The last company we used provided a quote well over $1000 for the service. VIP was a complete pleasure to work with... they were efficient, my drain is running clear (this is weeks later), they charged a fair price and very personable. I would not hesitate to use them again .

I thought $750 was a little extreme for installing a stainless steel toilet flange repair ring ($15 part) and re-mounting my toilet. However, they were already there and the 2 guys that installed it were nice. If it weren't emergent I would have shopped around more. I was expecting maybe $300. Only took them 30 minutes to fix the problem.

Update: I appreciate the customer service in response to my review of the business. Customer service goes a long way with me, and I will definitely reach out to VIP first in the future for plumbing needs. I will be sure to be more inquisitive about rates next time.

We had roots in our sewer line. I sent VIP a message on Yelp asking a few questions about Hydro-Jetting. Nick was very responsive and said he could send someone out within the hour. Miguel arrived, assessed the damaged and performed the hydro-jetting. He recommended lining the pipe with epoxy to prevent the roots from getting into the pipes going forward. He gave us a cost, which was much more reasonable than other estimates received, and said they could be back out the next day to complete the job. As scheduled, they completed the job the next day. Miguel was extremely prompt and professional. I will absolutely call VIP for any future plumbing needs. They were amazing!!

That went so well, they were who I called when I had a shower stoppage and an outdoor pipe/hose spigot that needed repairs. Hydrojetting Storm Drains. The two gentlemen, Nick and (Gonzales, I believe), were great. This listen carefully to my issue with the storm drains. They were quick, efficient and transparent. They showed me what was removed out of the line and showed me when they ran the camera through the storm drain line to show where my west storm drain had breaks and root intrusions. They even had enough time to hydrojet the east storm drains which had much sediment buildup. They even ran the Hydrometer twice through the east storm drain to get a stubborn root out. I would definitely hire VIP Drain Services again.

For anyone with an older home experiencing chronic slow, clogged and stinky drain, please have Nick evaluate your drain situation. He used a camera during the initial free estimate visit and was thorough in his findings (cracked, clogged drain and rotted out pipes below the home). Had we gone with another plumber or handyman who both thought the issue was a leaky drain, we would have only fixed a small (10 foot) part of the problem. Nick is experienced, communicates clearly, itemizes the work in writing and is honest. I contacted VIP to help with a slow draining kitchen sink. Little did I know how bad it was having been built up for 20 years. The team tirelessly worked on the unique blockages present using multiple tools from different sized snakes to hydro jets and cameras. They worked on it for more than 3 hours never quitting and clearing out the mess inside. That is true service and I will not hesitate to call them again.

Have been very pleased in the past. This time I was disappointed that they were unwilling to provide a ballpark estimate over the phone on work that really did not require an $87 in-home visit. There was nothing to see, but rather only described what we wanted to do ( add a sink). The consultation took less than 5 minutes. Certainly, a ball park estimate could have been provided over the phone in two minutes.

Needed to ensure that waste lines were clear both inside the house and out to the main; VIP used the camera to search; removed toilet for complete scanning.

My home warranty company assigned me a plumber who didn’t respond all day. My main line was clogged and my bathrooms were unusable.

My home warranty company let me select a plumber and at 4:45, I doubted I’d get the issue fixed that day and had company coming to town. I called VIP and they answered immediately and were able to accommodate me the same day.

The two men who came were professional, kind, worked fast, explained the situation to me and provided guidance on how to avoid the issue in the future. They wore masks, wore booties on their feet and were happy to help.

Their prices were also very reasonable in my opinion and within the approved amount from the home warranty.

We asked VIP to give a second opinion on a sewer main-line problem (same area that we spent $$$ to fix 2 years ago) Bryce came out, put a camera down line and provided us an honest assessment that our last repair from another company had been done incorrectly and how to fix it, which was much less expensive than a quote from the previous company. He did not try to sell us on construction and we are still trying to figure out what to do at this time.
