Ok, so who really raves about plumbing!?.. Well, these guys are awesome and deserved the praise! I have found my new go-to plumber's! Scheduling was cake. They showed up on time, presentable, and filled with knowledge on my issue. My problem was solved quickly, neatly and professionally. I felt I was in good hands for sure. Their prices are beyond fair (for the market). Can't ask for much more! Real down to earth guys, that aren't trying to pull the wool over your eyes and swindle you for every penny (unlike any other plumbing co. I've dealt with)! Thanks again Coastline! I had a leak in my shower and Alberto V. came and checked it out. Great commercial service, nice and very polite. He was very professional and explained everything to me through the evaluation and work he was doing. He was very thorough and out within minutes. He even checked his work multiple times and allowed me to verify myself. Even at the end, he cleaned the work area really well. I would definitely use him again.

Derek was very courteous, had a polished appearance with a smile to match. He was really professional right down to wearing booties on his feet before entering our home. He gave me a reasonable quote then immediately got started upon my approval. He got the job done quickly, neatly and efficiently. Derek showed me everything he did before having me sign off on the final invoice. There was no surprise added costs; which was very refreshing. Lyle provided a clearing of our sink drain and ran our tankless flush. He let us know that a complete plumbing home inspection was complimentary with a home visit so he also made sure everything else was running top notch in all the bathrooms, kitchen and laundry. We used Simpex for a whole home RE-pipe. Our sales person Dante was informative and answered all my questions. The day of the RE-pipe Edgar, Brandon and the rest of the large team were friendly, professional, on time, thorough with their walk through at completion, and cleaned up after themselves. I was thoroughly pleased with the whole process. They completed my 3400 sq ft home in one day. I have 3 bathrooms, laundry sink, bar sink, water to fridge, and to pasta filler. Day 2, the patch and texture crew came in and did a great job matching some tough textures. I have no problem highly recommending Simpex. For the record, I met with 4 other companies that did not meet my discriminating taste.

Mauricio did an excellent job! Although it was just an evaluation, he took his time to listen to our concerns and thoroughly explain everything. He dedicated over 2 hours inspecting every aspect, leaving no stone unturned. We have complete confidence in the issues he discovered, especially since he provided plenty of supporting pictures. Our first experience with Complete Comfort has been outstanding, and we eagerly look forward to working with them again.

I highly recommend Bluefrog Plumbing of Orange County. Andrew and Miguel saved the day! The drain on the side of our house was blocked solid, the water was over 4 inches deep and it was rising towards the dining room doors. I cannot say enough about how awesome this complany is. Ken manages an incredible team of plumbers. His own experience as a plumber is what makes his knowledge and leadership work so well. His team (Evan, Eddie and Carmen) were genuinely happy, it was so obvious. Their skils and knoweldge saved us thousands of dollars in repairs and they were quick to pivot when a problem presented itself in our very old home with it's very old plumbing. I would give them 10 stars if that was an option! Great choice if you need HONEST, RELIABLE plumbers.

This is the second time Shannon S. came to the house. This time he replaced shut off valves and installed a faucet in the bathroom. He was on time, very thorough and thoughtful in his approach. He walked me through the process and made sure the job was done properly! Also followed COVID protocols. Will definitely request Shannon again!!
