I HIGHLY recommend Coastline Plumbing (CLP) for their knowledge, experience, professionalism, integrity, courtesy, and overall value. Dan and Daniel were fantastic to work with from the initial phone call to completing a job well done. Coastline has earned our business with their superior service and competitive pricing. They did a high-def, color camera inspection to determine what was causing a periodic backup in our main line every 12-16 months. Daniel explained everything we saw from the inspection video and what he recommended we do to solve the problem which I really appreciated. Daniel used a pipe locator to find the main line leading from the house to the street which minimized the amount of digging in our yard. We ultimately had CLP install a clean-out in our front yard along with some boring and hydro-jetting which fixed our problem and now we have a critical access point to the main sewer line for future service. I can't say enough good things about our experience working with Coastline Plumbing. Truly a solid company made of great people who take pride in what they do and how they service their customers.

Great service, great communication, and great price thx!

Derek was very courteous, had a polished appearance with a smile to match. He was really professional right down to wearing booties on his feet before entering our home. He gave me a reasonable quote then immediately got started upon my approval. He got the job done quickly, neatly and efficiently. Derek showed me everything he did before having me sign off on the final invoice. There was no surprise added costs; which was very refreshing. Andrea in the office was helpful in scheduling the visit and follow-up after the work was completed. Class act! Highly recommend Always Plumbing!

Patrick would not give up in searching for a hard to find leak. He found it. Yeah. He is an amazing guy who really cares about doing a fantastic job and pleading tff be e customer. Great company.

My lawn sprinklers were sprinkling very little water. After checking the water pressures for the irrigation system and for the house, Ulysses determined that my pressure regulators needed to be replaced. I learned that ball valves have replaced the old style valves. I replaced the spigot, too.

My installers did an excellent job, going above and beyond expectations. They handled unexpected issues that came up during the install. The electrical circuit was not set up properly in a few places, and they fixed it so they could finish installing the Heat Pump.

They did an extremely professional job. Not only did they install everything, they went out of their way to make it clean, organized and good looking.

I also have to mention, the technician they sent out to evaluate and help me pick my system did a fantastic job. He had a lot of personal and professional experience, and really helped me find the unit that was right for me.

Wow! I have nothing but good things to say about Bluefrog. I have used them many times in the past for various plumbing repairs and most recently had them replace my old water heater. As always they showed up on time and provided quick, professional service. They are my go to plumbers for any plumbing needs and I highly recommend their services!

The basic installation when okay, with several major issues. First, they promised that when they patched the walls on the inside of the house that the walls would be paint ready; but the walls were most definitely NOT paint ready. When we asked them about it they said what they meant was that the patches would be ready to be sanded, NOT ready to be painted. They should have been honest from the beginning by telling us that the patches would not be paint ready.

Also, Ameri-Cal moved the hot and cold water lines for the washing machine, placing the hose bibs directly above the electrical outlet for the washer and drier. It is inevitable that the water lines will some day leak and when they do they will leak directly onto the electrical outlet. Ameri-Cal refused to move the outlet or the water lines.

There were a couple of other issues as well.

On the plus side, they did complete the work in a timely manner and did a great job of containing and then cleaning up the considerable dust created by breaking innumerable holes in our walls and ceiling.

OCP did a great job for me. One of my tenants had a heater problem. I called them and they scheduled an appointment to go they to do a diagnostics. Nate called me tolet me know the problem. He was courteous and peofessional. They had it fixed in about an hour and my tenant was happy. Thank you Nate & OCP.

This plumbing business was great. They were available when I needed them, they worked efficiently and quickly. The price was reasonable and they unclogged my sink.

I would use them again!

OCP serviced my Tankless water heater and also performed an inspection on my Back-flow system. Morgan was completely professional and courteous. He was awesome! I will recommend them to all my friends. Great job guys, thx again.

I found Pipeline several years ago when my parents rental property had a slab leak. Pipeline was great- very attentive and fixed the leak quickly.
The pipe held up great for 5 years but recently started leaking again. We called Pipeline to initiate the warranty they touted when they sold us their services but were told that the warranty no longer applied since we ended up selling the house to a family friend. We spoke with three different people and were told the same thing, It's in the fine print. While I can't argue the terms of their service, if it is fact written in the paperwork, it's evident that they're prefer not to do the right thing. A lifetime repair should not have failed after five years regardless of who owns the home. I respect their legal right to not stand by their services but would also like potential customers to know about our experience should you have a warranty claim for their lifetime product.
You may be better off taking your business elsewhere, I wish we had.

*edit* They called our friends back this week to reiterate that the repair was not covered under warranty but offered to come out and provide a quote to repair it again. Thanks but no thanks.

My experience exceeded expectations. I had my entire house re-piped, and from Ross the sales manager, to all the workers, I experienced excellent service. They finished the job in 2 days, as promised, and their price was cheaper than all the other estimates I received. I highly recommend Re-pipe specialist!
