Oscar determined the problem very quickly. My basin always clogs, so he very quickly found the problem when he dismantled the drain stop. A tiny bit of debris of hair was causing the basin to “slow” drain. Within 5 minutes he quickly solved the issue. Oscar was easy to talk to and knew exactly what to do. Olson Superior Plumbing is responsible for one of the worst experiences of my life. I am a brand new home owner and thought I was protecting myself by hiring a licensed plumber. I put my trust in Olson and it cost me over $10,000 in damages. Olson told me a permit was not required for the work being done, which is absolutely a lie. They failed to produce a contract meeting the Contractors State License Board (CSLB) guidelines. And worse yet, they not only referred but actually scheduled an asbestos abatement for my house without providing me any details about the individuals performing this abatement. Being a new home owner and believing I had hired a professional, I went through with this abatement and it turned out these individuals were NOT licensed and did everything they possibly could wrong. I should also mention, Eric Olson is FACEBOOK FRIENDS with the unlicensed contractor that he referred to perform this abatement. Now not only was I trapped in my home due to COVID, but my home was contaminated with asbestos.I have since received a Procedure 5 abatement by a licensed abatement contractor but am still without hot water over two months later. Olson has refused to take responsibility for their role in these events and have repetitively tried to appease me by lying to me. After these events took place, I spent days researching the correct way to contract. I wanted to think the best and wanted to believe Olson would not do these things knowingly. In an effort to continue working with Olson to get this work done, I requested a contract be written up according to CSLB guidelines. Instead they had the gall to send me an invoice. It is now clear to me what type of company Olson Superior Plumbing is.Olson Superior Plumbing is a predatory contractor masquerading as a friendly, helpful, God loving, family plumber, saving you money. (Of course they are less expensive, they aren't following ANY of the same regulations others are).AVOID AT ALL COST.*UPDATE*In response to Eric Olson's comment -- It's easy to be happy when you think you are getting a good deal and don't know any better. Now that I know what contracts should include, about what requires permits, and more about how water heaters _should_ be installed, I am quite understandably NOT happy.You recommended we use this restoration company and they showed up at our door without so much as a phone call from them. We did not contact them.The point is: you should never have recommended this company to begin with. Do not take my acceptance of mediation as me being somehow pleased with this outcome. I was completely up front about being a new home owner and not knowing how to go about this process. Worst case, Olson is complicit and willfully set this up to take advantage of our ignorance and make a quick buck without any concern over our safety. Best case, Olson lied about requiring a permit to avoid wait time and rather than taking 10 seconds to verify a referral's information, Olson put us in a situation where this entire incident was possible.This has been months of my life wasted on cleaning up a completely avoidable mess. The fact that even now you think you've done no wrong is disgusting.

There are a ton of plumbers, but not many that you can trust with high volume losses/emergencies and get consistent and reliable service each and every time. No matter the distance or time of day Kinetic leaves each job with happy residents and great follow to management.

You should definitely save their phone number because you just never know when you'll need their help.

I am very happy with the job that Zach Acosta performed. He patiently explained his work and brought me up to speed on his approach. He cut away my old kitchen faucet (I’m going to replace that myself) and then removed and replaced my outdoor front faucet. At no point did I feel confused or uncomfortable with him. He also made an effort to explain other areas of the house (water heater, main water shut off, water softener systems, annual service plan, etc.) that he could offer services in. He did a good job, other customers would like him, and his company should know that. Job well done!

Mauricio did an excellent job! Although it was just an evaluation, he took his time to listen to our concerns and thoroughly explain everything. He dedicated over 2 hours inspecting every aspect, leaving no stone unturned. We have complete confidence in the issues he discovered, especially since he provided plenty of supporting pictures. Slavi and OC Repipes replaced a traditional water heater with a Navient tankless. In and out same day, cleaned up after themselves and did an outstanding job. We love the instant hot water and Slavi was very forthcoming with recommendations and the pros and cons of going tankless. We would absolutely recommend them.
