John was our service tech. John showed up on time, I received a call when he was on his way. John put down tarps to protect our flooring as the clean out is in a hallway, cleared the drain quickly. Checked the outside kitchen cleanout and cleared the grease from there too. He tried to inspect the lines with a camera but was unable to get very far due to our drain layout with many 90% turns. The cost was better than the other quotes we received with our coupon. Left our home clean. John was a nice guy that told me everything he was doing. We will use again.

Such a great experience working with Jeff over at Garrett’s plumbing. Needed a leaking faucet fixed for tenants and he was able to get out and take a look the next day. Had great communication with me throughout the process and I was very pleased with the timeliness of everything. Planning on using them for all my plumbing work in the future!

If I can help save one family from this nightmare, I can rest easy. We had a slab leak in our home and decided to repipe the entire house so we didn't run into this problem again. We ended up choosing Repipe 1 because we wanted someone well known and had a good reputation even though they were much more expensive. We wanted it to run as smoothly as possible. The crew was very nice and was able to repipe in one day on a Friday. The inspector was coming Monday and , even though we were told that the patching could be done that day or the next, they then told us maybe sometime later that week.

My husband was keeping a close eye on everything and ended up finding a pinhole leak in the garage on Sunday and we were without water once again. They came Monday to fix the leak and put up fans and dehumidifiers for a few days. Living with these holes and dust was extremely hard with my two young children, one with asthma. Once it was dry, they came out to rebuild the fire wall in the garage and the guy cut the same pipe and flooded our garage. Thank goodness I walked out right then and was able to help throw down towels and mop it up otherwise all of our boxes and storage stuff would have been ruined. Back to more fans and dehumidifiers.

The plumbers didn't seal any of the shower hardware that they replaced so water could seep behind and grow mold. We had to have them come back out for this (multiple times). The texturing on the ceiling was not matching so they had to come back a second time and redo this as well. The water unfortunately tastes like plastic although the sales rep repeatedly confirmed that it wouldn't (but I'm hoping that fades over time).

If you're still with me here, our water pressure is out of control in the upstairs shower (imagine Kramer and the elephant shower head from Seinfeld). The inspector tested the pressure downstairs and said it is within the appropriate level but I can't stand under it, let alone wash my face under it and I love some good water pressure. The water in this shower wouldn't shut off completely either and would drip after it was turned off (cue plumber). The hot water in our kitchen started off good and then started to only dribble a few days later. Send out ANOTHER plumber and he found wood and other debris in our water line.... are we going to be running in to this forever? After talking with the mold care company, it seems they have been used by multiple families after Repipe 1 mess ups... Not what you want to hear....

This entire process has been a nightmare and although i will give it to them that they are quick to respond, most of these issues we shouldn't have had to start with. And after all this, I would hope that their customer service would look to try and make it right but no... they offered a 5% discount... for two extra leaks caused by their company, a flood in my garage, wood in my pipes, a process that should take a day or two (according to their sales rep and other reviews) but has taken weeks. Please save yourself the headache and find another company. It isn't worth it.

The plumber was knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. They go out of their way to solve your problems. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.

There are a ton of plumbers, but not many that you can trust with high volume losses/emergencies and get consistent and reliable service each and every time. No matter the distance or time of day Kinetic leaves each job with happy residents and great follow to management.

You should definitely save their phone number because you just never know when you'll need their help.

Difficult experience, estimate did not include everything so additional costs were added later on. Finish work was not completed correctly, still dealing with the work that was done, placed handles in the wrong place, would not make it right, tub still not glued in to place, left drain pipe at an angle, would charge again to complete work that was in the contract. Guy is intimidating, has no concern about how or if the work is done. Bath tub leaks when draining the water, toilet did not flush properly, need to get into the crawl space to see if the what else might be leaking.

Their guy is very professional and patient, sth wrong about the wire but the guy take time to fix it. We like it. Highly recommend their service.

Didn't pass inspection multiple times, over priced.. showed up 2 hours late took 2 days to replace water heater cost 3500

Mauricio did an excellent job! Although it was just an evaluation, he took his time to listen to our concerns and thoroughly explain everything. He dedicated over 2 hours inspecting every aspect, leaving no stone unturned. We have complete confidence in the issues he discovered, especially since he provided plenty of supporting pictures. Called on a Tuesday to arrange for an A/C appt on Saturday. Received a vague phone call from a representative on Friday evening at 5:30 stating that their A/C technicians will be unavailable for the Saturday morning appointment. He gave no reason or alternative, simply that I needed to call in and reschedule... Reschedule I did... With ANOTHER A/C COMPANY! I have never dealt with Mike Diamond before. Figured they were legit based on their whacky radio commercials and lofty promises. I should have listened to all those reviews on Yelp and taken into consideration their 2 star rating. They've forever lost my business and I will be sure to spread my experience to friends and family so that they can avoid them as well.
