There was a problem with my fire place, and I was suspecting a leak. I called a couple of companies, and this company gave me the lowest quote, which is only 1/4 the highest quote.
For the price, Johnathon and Jair really went above and beyond looking for the leak, one of them even went into the craw space. My issue was resolved the same day.
After resolving the leak, I mentioned to them that the sauna gas heater was not working. Johnathon got on the job immediately and fixed it for me. When I asked them how much they Would charge, they told me that it was free of charge!
On top of fixing my fireplace for a really good price, they saved me the trouble of looking for, and paying someone else to diagnose and fix the sauna.
I don’t write reviews often, but my experience with them was far better than I anticipated! I highly recommend this company!

Came out on a moment's notice to fix my water heater when it stopped working. Had a question about price, which owner immediately handled with a personal phone call. Oh, and the work was professionally completed with no issues or concerns.

Two weekends ago when it was blazing hot out, I had a small upstairs guest tub leak requiring emergency plumbing help, and the Orange Coast Plumbing rep James Athens was extremely efficient and professional in quickly solving my problem. Unlike the other plumbers I called, James did not add on a $295 water leak inspection or any other ancillary charges ... he simply quoted a reasonable cost, including the emergency visit fee, effectively fixed the problem, gave me some free repair tips for my other tub, and the job was done! Best of all, he did not cause any drama with my concerned in-laws who were visiting, nor with my mold-sensitive wife, and everyone was quickly able to get back to taking showers and enjoying their visit. Should another need arise, I will definitely use Orange Coast again, and I would recommend them to any of my friends. Thank you Orange Coast!

OCP is the bomb diggity! After 8 attempts to contact a plumber and 1 disasterous response, I contacted OCP on 12/23 at 4 pm and a personable woman named Dottie answered the phone. She addressed my concerns immediately and promised to have someone out the next day on Christmas Eve. Mind you, it was scheduled for Christmas Eve and there was no up-charge for coming that close to Christmas. The next day I received a text that someone was on their way. Steven showed up at the scheduled time, and in a biblical sense the water's parted. He assessed the situation quickly, new EXACTLY what to do and corrected the problem. It was clear to me at that time that some plumbers are parts-changers, others are problem-solvers. Steven was the latter. Honest, reasonably priced, and professional.. I can't say enough about this company!

Called Orange County Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning at 0730 for a leaking water heater had someone replacing it by 1030 that same day. How great is that! Yes I would recommend them 👍🏻

Great service. Reasonable and fair, plus our plumber was friendly and very capable. He resolved several plumbing issues within a few hours. We will definitely use Orange County Plumbing Heating and Air again.
Had Orange County plumbing over to service our A/C unit .Eddie came out ,said my filter was bad and fuses needed replacement .
I agreed to have work completed they finished fast and were very professional.
Will definitely use them again and highly recommended this company to my friends.
Great people who are knowledgeable, courteous and get the job done.

Orange County Plumbing is a great plumbing company. Always gets the job done! Joel, the plumber was on time and very attentive to detail. He made sure the customer wasn't worried and he explained what was the issue and how he was going to resolve the plumbing pipe leak. Very professional!

I called due to a leak and they came out the same day within a couple hours. A part in my heater needed to be replaced, I was told they would come the next day with the part, they did and that fixed the leak. Very happy with the quick response.

Rick and Eli did a very good job. Fixture replaced in bathroom and leak fixed. Two new toilets installed. They were efficient, clean, pleasant to be around. I would ask for them again in a heartbeat.

They Work on Wall Heaters! The Gas Co would not relight our wall heater after a shut-off (termite tenting) because the flexible gas connector was no longer compliant. Called all kinds of plumbing and HVAC companies, and no one would work on them -- or at best, they would say, We really do not know, but for $150 will come by and see if it is something we know how to do. (This does NOT inspire confidence.)
Even called a large parts supplier to see if they had any references (they had a couple ideas, but no luck). Found one company, not in Orange County, that advertised that they worked on wall heaters and service the whole LA/OC basin -- but all their consumer reviews were terrible.
Gave-up, and forgot about it through the summer, before starting the quest again this week. Got lucky with Orange County Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning in Tustin. Their ads so say they work on wall heaters and they have good reviews (!!!) -- but unfortunately, my city was not listed as in their service area. BUT, they came to Laguna Beach anyway, and handled it -- so relieved. Thank you Tony!!!

I've now used this company on two different properties - once for an entire new HVAC system and once for a new AC condenser. My technician was Tim both times and was very pleased with the professionalism and service. Hopefully I won't need them soon but I'd definitely use them again!

OC Plumbing was the 3rd plumbing company I had come out to inspect and give me an estimate for installing 3 new toilets and upgrading our shower fittings. From the very 1st phone call to their completion of the project, I never once felt that I wasn't getting A1 professional care and work. They absolutely are one of the best contractors/repair shops I've used in recent years and I highly recommend them. Professional, courteous, on-time and reliable. I will also add their estimate pricing was competitive and accurate to the finished job. THANKS OCPH&AC!

Great company to work with. They re-piped my entire home. Very professional and helpful. They are quick and clean up after themselves. The work they’ve done to my house has always been immaculate, never had the need to call them back for something they’ve fixed. I will absolutely refer them to my friends and family.

Chuck and Nolan came out to do an estimate for repair on our drainage pipe. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They gave us a couple of options on how to fix our problem and once we make our decision we will definitely have them come back and repair it all. I appreciate their business and look forward to working with them.
Only giving 2 stars because the plumber was nice, but not terribly skilled. I had to end up helping multiple times. He actually had to leave and come back because he didn't have caulking to finish the job, and that was done poorly. I had to fix the day after, as well as strap the pipes so they didn't move around. Spent a lot for a Saturday call to get a fairly inexpensive part, then had to basically redo everything again myself. Should have watched youtube first, could have saved a lot of money. Wouldn't recommend.

I have used these fine folks for a couple of years now and have always been impressed by their customer service and technical expertise. They've always come out quickly and fixed the issues I've had with my HVAC system at home in and my rental. This weekend I had Josh come out to do some work at the rental and he was able to quickly fix the problem. Big kudos out to Josh. Thanks for all you do and I'll definitely be calling back for any other HVAC or plumbing problems.

Never again! I tried two separate time for an appointment for an estimate on a new system. The first appointment they gave me a window of three hours. On the fourth hour I called the office. The called the Tech he said he was 2 miles away. So I waited again another forty minutes with no one showing up. Week pass by and I tried again. This they gave a window of two hours. In the third and half hour I called the office again the girl called the Tech and he said he was twenty minutes out, so here again I waited for a hour and nobody showed up. MY ADVISE FOR ANYONE LOOKING FOR PLUMBING HEATING OR AC WORK DON'T CALL THEM. YOU BE DOING YOUR SELF A FAVOR.
We've used them twice now. Very professional, on time and priced fairly, the price for unclogging the sink that they quoted on the phone was the same as once they came to the house. I found in the past we had a different company that quoted us a low price and when they showed up it was higher. I hate that bait and switch tactic. But I can say that OC plumbing was great and didn't pull anything like that. I would highly recommend them. No issues. tech was nice, professional and called about 30 min in advance to let me know they were coming. They repaired a part on our HVAC and also unclogged a drain. We've used them three times now. Once for and HVAC repair and twice for sink clogs.

Very courteous and helpful. Had a leak in the kitchen in the slab. Did a terrific job repairing the leak, and getting the right people for the cleanup and drywall repairs.

I am very happy I contacted Orange County Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning to repair my AC Unit. My motor stopped working so I received a quote from another AC repair company that was $2,500 to repair or receive a brand new unit for $6,000+. I was concerned about the price and how expensive it was so I got a second opinion from OC Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning. They ordered the motor and installed it within the next day and the AC is working just fine for less than $1,000. I would highly recommend to give them a call and save money

I have used Orange County Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning on 3 different occasions. Once for replacing a main water line, then repairing a section of an irrigation system and finally for detecting a blockage in the sewer line, Their work has been excellent. I would recommend them. They are timely and I trust their work.

They were very professional.
Honest about what needed to be done and what didn’t need to be replaced. They fixed a faucet, repaired my heater air vent pipe and connected my water/ice cube maker in my refrigerator. Great work and fair pricing. I will Definitely use them again!

Matt was very professional and communicative. The utility company installed new fiberoptic lines on the main street which crushed our sewage line. Matt came out after hours when the backup started. He was very informative and experienced in how to handle the situation. He provided me with 811 information to contact the company who installed the lines so we had them fix what they damaged. He gave us recommendations to help us resolve this issue. Highly recommend.

The technician quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Probably 30 min from start to finish. Techs were cheerful, kept me informed of the issues, and were overall very professional in my opinion. Hope not to need them again, but will definitely call again should the need arise.
Orange County Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning had amazing service.
We recently had a slab leak and also have Post Tension Slab. So we decided to repipe both water sources throughout the house.
Monday - Finished Repiping and tare out old pipes.
Tuesday - City Inspector signed off.
Wednesday - Patched up and textured all affected areas.
Thursday - Final sign off.
Also answered all the questions that I kept coming up with. Overall happy with the job and quality.

Can't say enough good things about these guys. They came out for a gas line estimate and to install an Ecobee thermostat. The technician spent well over an hour at my house and then determined the unit was defective. We were ready to pay for the service call but weren't charged because the job was completed. Can't recall ever having a company do this. Will call them again in an instant.
HomeServe arranged for Orange County Plumbing to come to my home to inspect my central AC unit they came to my home about a week ago and said my AC unit is not getting power from the thermostat and I need to have wiring replaced from my thermostat to my AC unit (not covered by my HomeServe policy) Technician said he would send me an estimate cost to have the work done. I also requested that he give me the cost to replace my central AC unit due to its over 20 years old , he agreed to send it to me. I called Orange County Plumbing and spoke to the assistant who answered the phone she said she would make sure the technician who came out send me an estimate and to date I have not gotten a response or written estimates from Orange County Plumbing disappointed in Santa Ana
