He arrived on time 11am. Our home has hardwood floors, with a crawl space under the house. He Cleared the sink drain in the master bedroom in 10 minutes. Then had him work on our bathtub.He had to crawl under our home at least 5 times in the next few hours.Ended up having to cut out a section of drain pipe with the trap. He Built and installed the replacement. Then, demonstrated that everything ran clean and clear. He made sure. He left the work area was clean and ready to be used. He left for his NEXT job well after dark. We are VERY satisfied with the work that needed to be done. VERY Professional Job. IF we ever need/require a plumber again it WILL be Mr. Rooter for sure. VERY good workmanship.

Amazing experience with Always. A/C has not been running cold so I called them up and they sent over Derek and Charlie the same day. They arrived on time, were super professional and knowledgeable.

Woke up this morning with water falling through my ceiling from my attic. Made 3 calls to other plumbers, and was told it would be 2 to 3 days before anyone can be there. Still searching I called Brothers and left my info (6am). About 10 minutes later my phone rings, it’s Jim from Brothers. He tells me he can have someone there by noon. 11:30 John shows up, finds the leak, fixes it and gone in just over an hour! Very fare price too! I definitely recommend them 💯! They will be my first call next time!!

Nick from Parvizal provided excellent customer service AND technical expertise in clearing my kitchen sinks yesterday.

He cleared a large bag and some metal wire (yes) that was lodged deep in the pipes. It was not an easy or quick job, but Nick was professional and positive throughout.

Nick ensured everything was working perfectly and left the area cleaner than when he found it. Having a professional Parzival plumber made a big difference in this job.

We had been long time customers of Kalka Plumbing, Heating and Air. However after our latest experience, we will never use them again. After a failed $500 toilet rebuild, they damaged our toilet and we had to chase them down to fix it. However, that's not the worst of it. Their fix actually made the toilet worse and when they promised to replace the toilet, they brought a used one. Their service manager was argumentative and rude throughout the two month long ordeal. Bottomline, you don't treat your customer cheap and Kalka Plumbing, Heating and Air did just that. As their customer for over a decade, it pains me to say I recommend you look elsewhere for your plumbing services.

Update...contrary to the promise of the owner to work with us to see this issue through, we instead received an email from the Director of Operations, Mr. Allen Johnson, stating, If you want to receive a refund, we expect all negative reviews removed, the complaint to the BBB resolved, and your word that you will consider this resolved and not make any further negative reviews about our company.

We understand mistakes happen; however, this correspondence shows they have no intention of resolving the issue without bullying us into removing truthful and transparent information about their company. I would have loved to write an update, where they solved the problem.

I never write Google reviews, but the amount of time and money Kalka Plumbing Heating and Air has caused my family has been a nightmare. Therefore, I implore anyone in need of plumbing services to think twice and explore other plumbing service providers.

Complete Comfort helped us when we really needed it!!
Our a/c went out (of course during a heat wave) and we called Complete Comfort because they’re not far from us and have raving reviews. Now I see why! We briefly spoke with Chris who was very kind and professional and Mauricio was the technician who showed up to fix our a/c. I work from home, but Mauricio kept quiet while he was working to fix our capacitor, and he also was a lot quicker than I thought! Myself, my husband, and our animals are all super happy.
Fantastic service all around! Highly recommend.

Warning for anyone having their home repiped by Americal plumbing. We recently had our condo repiped. We left during the days of the repipe and came home before they painted to see progress and came home to a dusty mess. Americal Plumbing did not cover any of our furniture or appliances while they worked. They left debri on the floors and shelving, marks on the floors and dust on the walls and all over anything exposed. They refuse to cooperate in helping to get my house cleaned. I have 2 kids with Asthma so this was infuriating!

Aren’t they supposed to cover the work area and clean up after they finish?

Did anyone else have a bad experience?

I have contacted Americal Plumbing, Ross Construction and the HOA and Im still waiting for over two weeks to get help to at least clean my carpets snd upholstery. I’ve already deep cleaned the rest myself.

Fast response and great prices. Will use again when I have an emergency.

Did a great job! Very clean. Fixed some old pipes. Installed new shower fixtures and sink fixtures. We would use them again.
