We're doing an addition, and we needed some Heating and A/C help to see if our current system would handle the new square footage.

tim, the guy they sent out to do the quote was very friendly and honest about everything we needed done. He told us everything about our current system, and explained why we should replace what we have. He also explained why we could keep our existing system which is something the other guys didn't do.

tim , my main contact has been extraordinary. He was able to schedule our install while we were away in order for us to avoid having no heat for a few nights since in consideration of our one year old.

Overall, I'd certainly recommend these guys to anybody looking for HVAC help. also thanks to my installers edgar and demario they were super nice and helpful!

Complete Comfort helped us when we really needed it!!
Our a/c went out (of course during a heat wave) and we called Complete Comfort because they’re not far from us and have raving reviews. Now I see why! We briefly spoke with Chris who was very kind and professional and Mauricio was the technician who showed up to fix our a/c. I work from home, but Mauricio kept quiet while he was working to fix our capacitor, and he also was a lot quicker than I thought! Myself, my husband, and our animals are all super happy.
Fantastic service all around! Highly recommend.

Had a clogged drain emergency last Sun a few hours before the in-laws were supposed to come over for a birthday celebration. Couldn't get the first 2 plumbers to come out on a Sunday then called Rooter Hero up. Mike came out within an hour and got things buttoned up. He was very responsive and fairly priced. I had my toilet clogged in the middle of the night and these guys showed up within an hour. I was satisfied.

We have used this several times, recently to unclog drains and today to install a water softener. They are professional and do a great job. Would recommend!

I called Sam to get an estimate to paint my house. Sam was so nice and professional. He came over to my house that day and I had the proposal the following day. His pricing was so reasonable we agreed to the proposal and he got the job done in 2 days. We asked him to also change the faucet in the downstairs bathroom. He updated our proposal and went to buy supply’s to get it done for us right away. I really appreciated his honestly and transparency. He even showed us how much he bought the faucet for and only charged for labor. I will definitely be contacting him in the future and have recommended him to our friends and family. Thank you Sam for making this very easy on us.

Questionable business practices. They tell you $99 to clear a stopped pipe then when you go to pay them they say, oh yea, there's also a $20 fuel service charge. At the time you call to scheduler service they should tell you about the additional charge but they don't. Never again will I use them.
