I must say Socal PHAC was fast. Honest clean and did an excellent Job ! Tim came to our house. Told us what we needed for our 2 story house Gave me a very competitive price. Finished the work in one day !
The reason I picked Tim was because of his honesty. Quality and most of all the AC unit is made in the USA!

I had a nasty backup toilet in the middle of the night that literally was all over my house by the time I found it. I made several calls to different companies that told me they could not come out until the the morning but when I called Universal plumbing and heating not only did they send someone out immediately Peter showed up fixed the issue and helped me clean up the mess. And his prices were affordable.

Mauricio did an excellent job! Although it was just an evaluation, he took his time to listen to our concerns and thoroughly explain everything. He dedicated over 2 hours inspecting every aspect, leaving no stone unturned. We have complete confidence in the issues he discovered, especially since he provided plenty of supporting pictures. Our first experience with Complete Comfort has been outstanding, and we eagerly look forward to working with them again.

I called Sam to get an estimate to paint my house. Sam was so nice and professional. He came over to my house that day and I had the proposal the following day. His pricing was so reasonable we agreed to the proposal and he got the job done in 2 days. We asked him to also change the faucet in the downstairs bathroom. He updated our proposal and went to buy supply’s to get it done for us right away. I really appreciated his honestly and transparency. He even showed us how much he bought the faucet for and only charged for labor. I will definitely be contacting him in the future and have recommended him to our friends and family. I contacted Saddleback to get a second opinion, and then a third company to get one more option. In the end I chose Saddleback and was glad I did as they were professional, helpful and it turned what could’ve been a difficult situation into a straightforward solution!

Called on a Tuesday to arrange for an A/C appt on Saturday. Received a vague phone call from a representative on Friday evening at 5:30 stating that their A/C technicians will be unavailable for the Saturday morning appointment. He gave no reason or alternative, simply that I needed to call in and reschedule... Reschedule I did... With ANOTHER A/C COMPANY! I have never dealt with Mike Diamond before. Figured they were legit based on their whacky radio commercials and lofty promises. I should have listened to all those reviews on Yelp and taken into consideration their 2 star rating. They've forever lost my business and I will be sure to spread my experience to friends and family so that they can avoid them as well.
