Best Air Conditioning Installation in Irvine CA

Excellent customer service! I decided to upgrade to an WiFi Thermostat and had everything installed on the wall, but couldn't figure out why no power was being routed to the thermostat. I re-wired everything several times and still had no power. I took several photos and sent them to socal to see if they could help out and sure enough, they were able to solve my problem almost instantly! The sales associate who helped me was Tim - who explained everything in great detail and even went the extra mile in providing his personal phone number in helping me quicker when I followed his solution. The issues revolved around the furnace and wiring not being properly installed. And BAM, the WiFi Thermostat worked like a charm! Socal PH&AC was very helpful and recommend them 110% to anyone with AC/Heater/Thermostat troubles!

Our repair man Hector Gayoso was incredible. Not only was he super professional, he also worked around our son’s bedtime and skipped lunch to drive to our house and get the repair done before our son went to bed. That kind of service is rare these days and in addition to the great service, we wanted to call out Hector for his exceptional work and demeanor.

Mauricio did an excellent job! Although it was just an evaluation, he took his time to listen to our concerns and thoroughly explain everything. He dedicated over 2 hours inspecting every aspect, leaving no stone unturned. We have complete confidence in the issues he discovered, especially since he provided plenty of supporting pictures. Our first experience with Complete Comfort has been outstanding, and we eagerly look forward to working with them again.

We have been very happy with the level of service we have received from OCP! We had a slab leak and they were very responsive, respectful and very knowledgeable. They were great at explaining all the steps they would have to take to find the leak, cut and cap it then the follow up repair and what was involved. They went over and above to answer our questions post visits via phone calls and texts! In the past we have had not so great experiences with other companies! Nolan and Chuck are awesome! We will for sure use them again for any other plumbing needs, you will not be disappointed with this company. 5 stars for sure!

I live in Irvine and have used a few plumbing companies over the last 10 years but was not satisfied with their overall work until I got to call Patriot plumbing. I am very impressed with their knowledge, quality of work and promptness which no other Plumbing companies has been able to match. Dino and James are great. I have used their services a few times and am extremely satisfied. If I need any future plumbing needs they are the only one to call as you can always rely on them. I rarely review any company but Patriot Plumbing deserves to be known for their great work.

Professional young man arrived late Friday before the holiday weekend and fixed my kitchen faucet. I did not know what I was going to if I could not get anyone until after the holiday. He was polite and so knowledgeable - gave excellent information and advice related to kitchen faucets with sensors. I have had some bad experiences with other plumbing services so I am most grateful to have found you.

Well where do I start..I would give a 0 star if I could.
I had called them to come unclog a main drain at my dry cleaners. The plumber showed up and seemed nice. He brought in his equipment, the snake, and continued to snake my drain. When he was done, it was $150. That is totally fine. Then 5 minutes after he left, we noticed under the base of our only toilet, water was flowing out. We immediately called him back and he came right back. He then shut the water off to the toilet, since the water was everywhere, and went back to the drain to run his snake back into the drain. I then walked by the bathroom and could hear the snake grinding on the bottom of the toilet. Hmmmm.thats odd. So then the plumber came in to see and if course, the snake was directly under the toilet instead of snaking it out to the main drain. He then came into the bathroom, pulled the toilet off, and snaked it from there. Finally got the whole thing cleared and then the plumber asked me would you like me to put your toilet back on? Well I'm thinking, you make it loose and had water coming out everywhere, then you took it off so ya I want you to put it back on. So he continues to put my toilet back on after he took it off. So I then thought everything was good until he then charged me another $355 dollars to put the toilet back on. The same toilet that was completely fine before they arrived.
I then called the manager David, and he was the worst customer service person I've ever had to deal with. He took 3 days to get back to me and offered me $100 off my bill. Really? You knocked my toilet off and you feel you can charge me to put it back on?
We'll never the less, we have 22 locations and will NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN. In fact, I will put the word out to the hundreds of my friends in the dry cleaning business, never to use them, never. Do not use this company, ever.
