Excellent customer service! I decided to upgrade to an WiFi Thermostat and had everything installed on the wall, but couldn't figure out why no power was being routed to the thermostat. I re-wired everything several times and still had no power. I took several photos and sent them to socal to see if they could help out and sure enough, they were able to solve my problem almost instantly! The sales associate who helped me was Tim - who explained everything in great detail and even went the extra mile in providing his personal phone number in helping me quicker when I followed his solution. The issues revolved around the furnace and wiring not being properly installed. And BAM, the WiFi Thermostat worked like a charm! Socal PH&AC was very helpful and recommend them 110% to anyone with AC/Heater/Thermostat troubles!

Having a plumbing/water emergency is everyone's nightmare! EHS was quick to help! Corey from the first call had a plumber to my house within an hour. When it came to the dryout process I dealt with Jared. Jared, was extremely professional and undersood water damage and the after affects of the destruction it caused. Jared took the time to explain everything in detail and was very consciencious of the work to be done and the emotions involved as a homeowner. Heat not working on a cold day. Irvine HVAC Masterscould come out the next day. Carlos arrived on time and quickly found the problem. A sticking pressure switch. He fixed it temporarily and ordered a replacement. The part arrived the next morning and was quickly installed. Carlos was very knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend them again. Thanks.

My installers did an excellent job, going above and beyond expectations. They handled unexpected issues that came up during the install. The electrical circuit was not set up properly in a few places, and they fixed it so they could finish installing the Heat Pump.

They did an extremely professional job. Not only did they install everything, they went out of their way to make it clean, organized and good looking.

I also have to mention, the technician they sent out to evaluate and help me pick my system did a fantastic job. He had a lot of personal and professional experience, and really helped me find the unit that was right for me.

Having recently retired and closing my plumbing business' after 40 years I appreciate it when a technician shows a professional attitude and pride in there work. I only wish I could have hired this guy when I was in business. Christian Alcala was prompt and very professional when going about his duties and got the job done.

Terrible experience - had a blocked drain, my husband had tried clearing with a snake, but with no luck so decided to call 'professionals'. Had to wait two days for availablity, so had no use of our kitchen sink, laundry, dishwasher and utility sink. When they finally did arrive, they were incredibly unprofessional and grumpy. Very little effort put in to actually do anything, told us it was a cracked pipe and quoted $3,500 for 'spot repair'!!!

Called a different local plumber who came the next day, turns out it was just a blocked drain after all and they sorted it within 30mins
