Excellent Service. First was very pleased that I did not have to pay extra for weekend. Technician was very knowledgeable and professional. The job took 5-6 hours and I was updated throughout the process. Will definitely use again, if needed, as well as recommend.

I received excellent service from the technician, Jeff, that came to fix my toilet problem. He was very kind and courteous and went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone that needs quality plumbing service.

I meant to do this review earlier, but got sidetracked. Jaron was very professional and personable. My husband and I thought he did a very good job, and we (especially my husband) so enjoyed talking with him. In fact, We would like to request him for next year when we have the air conditioner checked out.
