Best A/C Preventive Maintenance in Indianapolis IN

Had an unsatisfactory experience with Mr.Plumber on Wednesday. Decided to go w/Roto-Rooter @ midnight on Friday when my lines backed up again in my crawlspace, creating raw sewage in my basement. My service tech (Kris) was at my house in less than a 1/2 hour. He cleared my line, looked at all aspects of my plumbing, told me pertinent info...all @ midnight in the cold rain! He was pleasant, knowledgeable & professional. I will continue to use Roto-Rooter & I will definitely need them since I have a 65yo home w/a lot of trees.

Just had an emergency call for no heat in our house. Kevin the technician called very quickly to tell me his schedule for the day. They were experiencing high call volume due to weather. He arrived almost exactly at his estimated time. Very professional, courteous and helpful. My system is up and running again and we are very happy. I highly recommend calling Howald if you need HVAC work.

I hired Roto- Rooter to install a clean out. They dug in the wrong location, put a hole in the line. Left it open for 2 weeks came back pumped the waste from 4 people who were living there straight into a city alley. Did not attempt to install clean out, they then withdrew the financed $ and left.

We received a small blurb on our tech before they arrived. I could see he was a trained Industrial Engineer and was also bilingual. We found him to be super personable, skilled and nice to speak with while he was in our home. Top quality people at a company that cares. We have had a great experience with installation and service.
