Best Unit Replacement in Indianapolis IN

I had an issue with a drain in my basement backing up on a Saturday but didn’t call til late in the day. Though they didn’t technically have any appointments left the dispatcher called around to see if anyone was available and was able to get someone out that day. The plumber that showed up was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. He also waited while I ran a ton of water to make sure the drain backup was cleared before he left. He also made sure to do what he could to minimize any mess.

He checked al of my plumbing. Cody has a good work ethics.

Kenny installed a new Wi-Fi furnace thermostat. He was very professional, courteous and efficient in completing this project. Kenny then took the time to explain how to set the app and use the new thermostat. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions completely.

We have never had to wait more than a day or two for any plumbing call – and less time as reasonable in an emergency. Once again I had an major home appliance/plumbing issue occur and guess who I called? You guessed! These guys! Armor Air replaced my gas water heater and upon further review and discussion I decided to upgrade to a tankless water heater. Nick and the entire crew did an amazing installing everything and cleaning up when they finished. I most definitely recommend them should you have any HVAC or plumbing problems. Thanks again guys!
