Very good experience, Nick, who I was in contact with, was very courteous & professional. Did an excellent job replacing water heater and installing water softener. The inspector was courteous, punctual and professional. He took the extra time to make sure that I understood all the issues. He even advised me on how I could save money on my electrical bills.

I received the original estimate electronically within a couple of days. When I asked to add minor items, it was not a problem. He came back to my home to discuss them.

The estimate was finalized while he was here.

In addition the office staff were courteous and friendly. They made sure that anything I need was promptly taken care of.

Actual work is scheduled to be done soon.

Daniel, DDog, did an excellent job cleaning out my crawl, treating for potential mold, repairing anything above and beyond and replacing a vapor barrier. He also was friendly and kind and provided suggestions for future homeowner preventative maintenance.Daniel explained everything he was doing each step of the way and provided pictures of before and after. I’m feel confident the crawl space is in excellent condition. He actually dropped everything he was doing to help me move a couple pieces of furniture.
