Went through 3 plumbing companies before calling Mr. Rooter - they were all either clueless on how to fix the toilet tank or tried to sell me an whole new toilet - which was not necessary - Aaron from Mr. Rooter had it diagnosed and fixed within an hour. You can't ask for more than that.

Eric and his assistant were just fabulous. We had a tricky lighting situation that needed to be addressed in our laundry room. We had another company look at the job without giving any clear direction as to how they would solve it. Eric came up with a solution and we are finally not doing laundry in the dark. He also expertly hung a difficult medicine cabinet and installed a light fixture in a bathroom that we were remodeling along with repairing some other switches and outlets. Our drain was clogged out in the main line so sewage was backing up into our basement. Mark was phenomenal. Professional yet personable. He was available on short notice and was even super easy to reschedule with when we needed to. He had all the tools and knowledge to fix the problem. His prices are great too!

Our plumber come out to find out why our toilets were flushing slow and sometimes overflowing easily. He was very polite and helpful and friendly but was unable to find anything wrong. At the time he was there everything was working just fine. He didn't try and sell us a bunch of service we didn't need.

They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Good response time for emergency calls

We primarily worked with Joel Shores. He was quick in getting back to us. He walked us through all the details. We were selling our house and he even offered to meet with our buyers and explain the repairs that we planned to do and why they addressed their concerns. I'm sure that him going the extra mile is why we were able to close the sale. There were one or two very minor details that I think may have gotten overlooked (like getting a cover back on something, etc), but the major work was all done well. I was especially pleased with their work installing a new electrical panel. It looks incredible and they labeled it very clearly. The crew was also exceedingly polite and conscientious about trying to minimize any inconvenience.

We have been using this company for 5 years. Brandon put in a nice new water heater for us and had to move a gas pipe in order to do that which he knew exactly what to do. That was 5 years ago. Since then we have used this company for other repairs. Outside water spicket broke that was repaired. Our toilet seal broke and he not only fixed it but told us how to clean the mold under the house that developed from all the water leaking. He advised us on how to clean and dry the wet areas. He also advised us what to do when an appliance shorted out and how that needed dealt with. This is an amazing plumbing company and we trust them which is so important these days.
