Very knowledgeable, David knows his stuff. He thoroughly investigated what the problem was, before he started to do any work. After isolating the problem, it was only minutes before he got my main drain clear. And David was sent because the two other plumbers from that company weren’t able to get things clear, but they also didn’t investigate the problem before they started. I highly recommend asking for David to do your work. Quick response time. I live in a mobile home, and things are set up a little differently.

We had an issue with drains backing up and flooding our utility room that became a bit of an emergency situation. We had never tried Roto-Rooter before but they were first to pop up through an internet search. Within an hour of calling, technician Van, (I believe his employee number is 3301) arrived and was very fast, effective and professional, took the time to explain what he was finding and told us how he was going to fix the problem which he promptly did. He not only got our drains back working properly but thought it worth our time to have someone with a camera check our main line and set up to have someone call us about that first thing the coming week. We plan on following his recommendations with that. Additionally, he gave us a very good first impression of Roto-Rooter and based on this experience we will be repeat customers whenever we have another similar problem in the future.

Kyle was professional and courteous. He was competent and solved the problem in less than 30 minutes. Just the week prior, we called on a competitor that took 2 days; 6 hours one day and about 4 hours the next; charged over $500.00 & the problem REMAINED. We had another company install a tankless water heater about 6 weeks earlier. It was working great. The Saturday before Easter, there was no hot water and when we looked at the unit itself, it had no power. We checked breakers, oulet, etc. and everything was showing good. I started calling around different companies who advertised 24/7 service but yet none of them had anyone on-call for the entire weekend. They told me that the 24/7 just meant that they answered the phone 24/7. Uh huh!! They all wanted to come first thing on Monday and I told each of them NO! I finally reached Gary at Mr. Waterheater and they do actually have an on-call 24/7. Gary was great and had Josh set up to come out which he was there inside of 2 hours after my call. After taking his time and checking everything out, he put his hand behind the on-off switch inside the panel and it flickered. Long story short, the factory had not installed one of the wires all the way and it came loose. Great job by all!! Would absolutely use them again without question. They couldn't be any nicer and they were extermely thorough and competent.

We have been using this company for 5 years. Brandon put in a nice new water heater for us and had to move a gas pipe in order to do that which he knew exactly what to do. That was 5 years ago. Since then we have used this company for other repairs. Outside water spicket broke that was repaired. Our toilet seal broke and he not only fixed it but told us how to clean the mold under the house that developed from all the water leaking. He advised us on how to clean and dry the wet areas. He also advised us what to do when an appliance shorted out and how that needed dealt with. This is an amazing plumbing company and we trust them which is so important these days.
