Bill did a fantastic job! He came out quick and got my new kitchen faucet up and running. He had to run out to the hardware store 2 times but never acted like he was in a rush or “ready to go”. Bill took his time and got the job done right! He even added in some random conversations with my husband and I which let us get to know him a little bit, very friendly and highly recommend!!! Thanks Bill!!!

CenterPoint Energy came out and switched my gas meter. They told me my gas heater wouldn’t work because the thermocouple was bad. And it was nothing on their end. So I called roto-rooter to come out. Came out and showed them the diagnosis CenterPoint gave me. The technician, John, looked and said without power there nothing will work. After 30 minutes of hitting the pilot light and patiently waiting John was able to get a flame. With it lit, John said that it was just the oxygen in the line that took so long. Would recommend this company. Just felt bad it was something I feel I could do but CenterPoint Energy lied to me and my wife many times during this. Thank you so much John, and Roto-Rooter.
