Called and they had someone out within 90 minutes. Sent a text confirming the appointment with a picture of the tech. Kara on the phone was super pleasant and Brian the tech was very nice and fast! Will definitely recommend!

Wes was great ? very nice guy and he did a great job installing our water heater! I have a feeling he's a top tech in the company based on my experience.

I'm so glad we found Weilhammer Plumbing to fix the leak in our slab! He was able to come look at the problem and give us an estimate within a couple hours after we called on a Saturday and then fix it a couple days later. He is very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I wish we would have known about Weilhammer Plumbing for a prior problem we had with our water heater. At least now we have our go-to plumber!

Showed up on time, Chris, our plumber was very friendly, polite, and professional. Pricing on par with any professional tradesman. All in all very satisfied and happy enough to be calling them back tomorrow to schedule work for next week.

Our water heater bit the dust and Steg was able to get us help in record time with a new tankless water heater! Great service, prices, and very knowledgeable staff. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Excellent service all around

Excellent experience with Leon and his apprentice. Leon is courteous and professional. I hired Leon to replace a bathroom faucet for us and to explore a hammering sound in the bathroom pipes as well. Leon identified high pressure from our city supply and recommended a Pressure Relief Valve. He was able to quote and install during the same visit; also did a great job installing our replacement faucet.

I highly recommend Leon and his team, especially if you are seeking an independent plumber with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Leon also provided education and instruction on keeping aerators clean on all faucets for better flow and preventative maintenance.

We had a pipe burst and couldn’t get the water shut off. Plumbing Doctors was there within a few minutes to help us out.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We called and set up an appointment yesterday. They did not show up to our scheduled appointment time; I find this extremely unprofessional. My day is wasted and I still have a plumbing issue. There is no excuse for missing an appointment without the courtesy of a phone call.
I will not be requesting their services in the future.

We hired Jason to reseat the toilet to our new Master Bathroom floor and replace a shower control valve in the wall. He was on time, explained what he was going to do and the time required, professional, creative in resolving a minor issue from the manufacturer and price competitively.

They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Tyler installed FIVE new toilets in our home when we moved into it. He installed a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. He is such a nice guy and I have called him for various other plumbing issues in our home. He is reasonaly priced.
