I called to get an estimate on replacing our water heater and they were prompt with a return call to schedule an appointment.Ryan was our tech, he came on a Saturday and did our estimate. That was great, we didn't have to miss any work for a 30 minute appointment.Ryan came back today and did the installation, again a Saturday. He was here maybe 3 hours. He was very friendly we chatted for a few after he was done, nice dude!I would recommend Hope and Ryan to anyone.

I worked directly with Joel and his team on fixing my sewage / service line. I had called a larger well-known provider for an initial opinion, and I didn't feel great about it... Luckily, a family friend suggested Hellyer for a second opinion. After I called in, Joel came to our house within 24hrs to take a look at the issue. He was able to find the root of the cause, and did a thorough job of explaining what needed to be done and why. Very nice people on his team. Fair pricing, too. Eric was a very personable and professional young man, very knowledgeable and willing to explain everything he was doing. He worked diligently and neatly, taking care not to leave a mess. He carefully returned the removed faucets so we can donate them to Habitat for Humanity. He did a nice job at adding an access panel for the hose bib he replaced for us. Overall quite impressed with his work, except that he seemed to forget to turn on the water heater circuit breaker before he left so the next morning we didn't have any hot water ☹️. Easily fixed, but wifey had to take a not-so-hot shower.

The scheduler is very friendly and responsive. I have had two positive experiences and will continue to call this family business with our plumbing needs.

We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!
