I called yesterday and they were out first thing this morning. They evaluated the problem, offered several options, and then were able to complete the repairs immediately.

Brian was very friendly and helpful. He could not detect a leak, so he didn’t charge me. Stated if water shows back up after evaporating the existing water, they will warranty out my heater and replace it.

Tim, Micah, Joe, and Nick were all wonderful! Micah and Nick worked hard to help me. Tim and Joe answered all of my questions in very simple terms to help me understand what was going on, they were very knowledgeable and confident and that put me at ease.

An experience with a previous plumber at another company, while they were kind, did not measure up. I felt like these guys cared about helping and making sure I was comfortable and understood what was going on and what my options were. They also made sure I knew what each thing they did would cost, which I was told by the other company wouldn’t be able to happen until they did the work, which can obviously be very scary. I never once felt pressured to do anything, I was given knowledge and estimates in order to make my decisions.

I really appreciated their professionalism, help, kindness, and their excellent manners. I would recommend them to anyone!

I have used Hamm & Sons Inc for multiple plumbing needs including emergency plumbing service as well as new plumbing installation. I have had them fix a toilet and sink and install a new water softener and basement bathroom. All service calls have been handled very quickly and efficiently. All new installations are very professional and within or under budget. I would not hesitate to call Hamm & Sons for any of my plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone looking for professional plumbing services.

Called for a number of repairs, they arrived on time and were only capable of completing 3 of the 4 things as they recommended to us to NOT address the slow drip we have in our master bath tub. We thought that was unusual at first but when they slapped us with a $500 bill for addressing the three (3) items, we suspect it was because they were afraid of hitting us with a huge plumbing bill. Regardless, we did not get everything addressed that we asked for and still ended up paying over $500 for the work that was completed. We now have to find another plumber who can finish the work.

As unprofessional as possible. Wouldnt even give the diagnosis to the homeowner. STEER CLEAR OF PETREE.

David diagnosed and corrected the problem quickly. I found him to be both professional and informative. I would definitely use Aqueduct Plumbing for any future problems.

Guys were friendly but charged more for labor than advertised rates. Showed up at 8:50 was gone by 12:50 and charged $495 for labor. The bill was $5 over the quote but charged the quoted price but it seems like it should have been less seeing as he advertises $125 first hour and $85 hour after. I ended up paying $123.75 an hour. They did good work. I had a question after they left and he did return my call promptly. Would use again but would get clarity on labor cost first.
