I accidentally messed my electric up big time, and got the run around from a few other companies. RC Electric was very responsive and came out same day to look at the problem. They took the time to explain everything and answer any questions I had. They were able to fix the problem for about 10% of what another company had quoted me within 24 hours, and they were able to come up with a really solid cosmetic fix in addition to fixing the electric issue. They cleaned everything up when they were done. I'll definitely be using them for some major projects coming up over the next few years.

Indianapolis has a great open shop option for your industrial electrical needs. Do you want what the industry is trying to sell you as an industrial electrical contractor or do you want the real thing? If you want the real thing, then you should call.

John was knowledgeable, responsive, and handled all the AES/IPL interaction to assess the issue, determine a satisfactory solution, and day-of-repair disconnect/reconnect. There are not enough superlatives to describe Jim of Aaron's Electric. Have used him for years, and a recent experience showed me once again just why. I asked him to install a can light. For technical reasons a can light would not work in my house, so he suggested a faux can. That worked fine, but I didn't care for the color of the light. (That wasn't Jim's fault -- I just didn't like the color of the bulb it came in.) So he ordered a different color faux can light (there are only two color options), and I didn't like that, either. So back to square one, and the long and the short of it is that he came three different times, took away the second faux can, installed the (third) new light I'd ordered (and there were technical issues with that light, too, which required extra work on his part!!), and he didn't charge a penny more than the original estimate. He has always been very good to work with. I've referred him to friends who have nothing but praise, either. I truly DID expect to pay more in this instance and would have felt that fair. Excellent company to work with! It is obvious that his goal is customer satisfaction. Thank you, Jim!
