poor customer service, called with emergency waterheater leaking and no hot water with a unit still undet warenty and was told that becasue of hoilday weekend they don't install water heaters and go three days without hotwater.

The technician showed up on time. He communicated the whole time as he was diagnosing the problem with our AC. After he replaced a few parts he checked to make sure the system was running smoothly.

Had Bill Goul do our yearly inspection of furnace. He was very thorough and explained all that he was doing.

Justin was very thorough in going over my A/C system and was professional and took time to explain everything to me.

I had a complete HVAC installation. Avery and Phil were very professional and did a great job! They were very thorough when it came to explaining the work they performed and all of the new functions on my thermostat. They went over all of safety features that I should know and answered all my questions. Did a great job cleaning up after as well!! 5 stars

Fast installation of a new water heater

Loved Dan Mold Dog. Did a great job and really cleaned up after.

Damaged my floors - Had a water heater with a defunct gas valve. They came to replace it. A few days later I noticed the floor buckled with water damage. Pulled the plank up closest to the water heater and there was standing water under it. Extends to the wall of my laundry room. No damage near the washer so the obvious source is the water heater. Old one not leaking. New one not leaking. Used towels to clean water during install so there was a water issues at that time. They ignored my first call and contact via website. Second call they answered but took no accountability for the damage. Laughed at the suggestion the replace the damaged area. Unprofessional. Unaccountable. Bad hearted person to leave the job like that and leave the homeowner to deal with it.
