I had a great experience all the way from the scheduler who answered the phone, the plumber/specialist Puia, the supervisor Ron, and the team leader who scheduled all his team to come to my house. I had five stars for previous visits. I originally called for service at 5pm, customer was very friendly. A tech was supposed to be their by 715pm. I received a call close to 7pm to give an update they were running late and would be longer, which was also ok. Around 745 I received a voice-mail that a tech was available, and to call back. I called back within 5 min and was told the tech was unavailable and just sent out. Which again was fine, but the got a call a 9pm it would be another 2 hours. I have no access to my toilets, and if they are that busy, time frames need to be more precise. I had to call another company who came immediately.

Prime plumbing was great! Alex arrived right on time and fixed the issue quickly. Highly recommend!
