My experience with LD Smith is nothing short of wonderful. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and the technician was knowledgeable, on time and courteous. Can't recommend them enough for any plumbing situation!

I was very impressed with the response of our Roto-Rooter office. Within 30 minutes of calling in their service man, Kyle, was in my driveway. Kyle was very professional and gave me an estimate following his assessment.Kyle was very knowledgeable and helped me understand what I can do to help maintain my system.BIG 5 STARS for the service level.

Jonathon was very respectful of our house and made a professional effort to not damage our stairs or carpeting when carrying his tools through the house.

Was told several thing were wrong with my system. Paid $59.to have my system cleaned and checked out for problems. They do not accept home warrany so after they left I called my home warranty and they sent a different company out to fix the problems. There man was here 1 1/2 hours and found no problems!! Said I had no problems with my system except it was dusty. That cost me $65. So my system wasn't cleaned and I have no problems. That cost me a total of $124.00 and I still have a dusty system!!

We used Hellyer to install a new water heater and also to service our water heater a few years later because of hard water build up. Tony was professional and great at explaining everything to me. I think Hellyer provides great quality service at reasonable prices, and we are so thankful to them for their hard work and expertise!

David called me back within 10 minutes of my call. Came out the next day and determined my sump pump and grinder issues. Secured the necessary parts for installation that day for the next morning. Texted to advise me of arrival time. Cost came in lower than the estimate he provided. Stopped by on short notice to repair ice maker line leak 3 days later. He has my future business!
