I had an outstanding experience working with Plumb Doctor. The representative who contacted me to schedule my service (Jamie) was courteous and responsive. My plumber Jason was extremely knowledgeable, professional and experienced. He diagnosed the problem with my water heater immediately and got it replaced without incident. Excellent service all-around! Highly recommended!

I was so impressed with the two young men that came to my home and service my heater. KENNY and TYREE were the two that showed up on time both greeted me with a smile. Both were very professional. I was impressed at the fact that they listen to me first then ask questions and then explained what they were going to do. I was amazed at them being so young and knowledgeable. They both have very bright futures ahead of them. I couldn’t thank them enough. Before they left they asked me if I had any questions and they explain how the thermostat works. It was more like show and tell. I was raised without a computer so to hook this device up to my smart phone appeared challenging to me but KENNY told me that it was user-friendly and showed me how to use Ecobee. Thank you again KENNY and Tyree you guys are the BEST!!!

We have used Service Plus several times for different issues, both at our house and a relative's home. Every experience has been excellent in every way!! John T. did a very thorough heating and A/C check at my mother in law's home and was very pleasant. Tony has now been to my home twice for our heating and A/C check and was very thorough, informative, and professional. I was so impressed with how knowledgeable he is! and Erin is very delightful on the phone and is a great representative of the company over the phone! Excellent company!!

This company is the most professional business I have dealt with in Indianapolis so far. They have done a wonderful work at my home. They replaced all my ducts, installed a new 2.5 Ton AC unit with a cage for theft prevention, installed a sump pump and pit in my cellar, and added two gas lines under crawlspace. It was all done promptly and at a fantastic quality. They are not the cheapest but the adage holds true... you get what you pay for.

Thornton Plumbing helped me correct a massive plumbing problem in a basement. They arrived on time, communicated well, and completed the job properly for a reasonable amount of money. I highly recommend them.

Jason was so refreshing after having experienced Mister Qwik! A representative from Mister Qwik gave us a ridiculous price to fix our shower leak. He also stated we will most likely be charged the same, if not more, with the other big plumbing companies. We decided to continue searching and thank goodness we found Jason!!! Indiana Residential was recommended by my listing agent to complete work on the house that I am selling. At this moment, there is more work to be done, but what has been done so far is wonderful. Danny and Shawn, the two gentlemen that did the work in the crawl space, were very polite and professional in conduct. Their work, installing moisture barrier, removing mold, rerouting and burying the sump pump line, top notch. I highly recommend their service.
