We just moved into an old house and had what I called the creepy room others called it the well house. We had to gut it and redo everything which included reinstall the pressure tank, water softener and re run the water lines.
I got ahold of a plumber who was to busy to do it when we needed it done. However he did give me Danny’s number at Indy Water Heater and Softner and he only had good things to say about him.
I called Danny and he came out the same day to give me a quote and we scheduled the time and date.
The day the work was done he called when he was on his way and arrived ready to go!
Danny is very personal and professional at the same time. One thing that is hard to find is an HONEST person, well I found 1 that day. I had 2 ideas that I ran by him and instead of saying ‘sure we can do that and it will cost however much’ he said ‘we can do that but...’ then went on to explain why I shouldn’t.
I will always call Danny for any water needs that I have and HIGHLY RECOMMEND everyone else do too!!!

Thursday night, January 16th our water heater went out. The next morning after a cold shower, I scheduled a service repair online. Within minutes I received a call from CMP (Carter's My Plumber). They sent out a technician that diagnosed the problem. Within a couple hours, the service repairman arrived with our brand new water heater. Not only are we thankful for our new water heater, we're thankful CMP brought everything up to code. This is the second time we have used CMP and they will be the only company we call in the future. My wife and I are grateful for the high quality of workmanship as well as the great value, quick responsiveness and punctuality. We cannot say enough about the repairman who explained everything to us and did an excellent job. He even swept our floor! We highly recommend Carter's My Plumber!!! Thank you!!!

Very professional , courteous and pleasant to work with. Installed my complete Gas line to my home , cleaned up any mess and did not leave until it was inspected. Arrived timely even the slightest delay was related to me by text. When I say this is the Company for your plumbing needs, Mr Jonathon Rooter man Service is . I would definitely use this company again. They were super nice on the phone even when they were calling to let me know that they needed to push the schedule back a little bit. It was not a problem because they let me know ahead of time and they were super nice about it. When the guys arrived they were also very nice, got the job done quickly, and best of all it was affordable and I didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off.

We had another company install a tankless water heater about 6 weeks earlier. It was working great. The Saturday before Easter, there was no hot water and when we looked at the unit itself, it had no power. We checked breakers, oulet, etc. and everything was showing good. I started calling around different companies who advertised 24/7 service but yet none of them had anyone on-call for the entire weekend. They told me that the 24/7 just meant that they answered the phone 24/7. Uh huh!! They all wanted to come first thing on Monday and I told each of them NO! I finally reached Gary at Mr. Waterheater and they do actually have an on-call 24/7. Gary was great and had Josh set up to come out which he was there inside of 2 hours after my call. After taking his time and checking everything out, he put his hand behind the on-off switch inside the panel and it flickered. Long story short, the factory had not installed one of the wires all the way and it came loose. Great job by all!! Would absolutely use them again without question. They couldn't be any nicer and they were extermely thorough and competent.
