Godby recently performed our seasonal maintenance and installed a humidifier. The tech was wonderful! He explained what he would be doing, approx. how long he thought it might take, and worked diligently until it was up and running. I trust Godby and have been a customer for at least 9 years.

My thermostat broke and it quickly rose to near 90 degrees in my house. Tyler from Chapman got out quickly, walked me through what the problem was so I can watch for it in the future, and got a new thermostat installed in the same day.

I am always very pleased with their service. Tyler was here today and he was very professional and explained everything so I could understand what he had done. I really appreciate the the the experience as a customer to have people I feel I can trust.
