Chris was amazing! He is extremely well versed in all aspects of the HVAC units he serviced today. He listened to our concerns and investigated/addressed them and then reported back to us with solutions. What a wonderfully bright young man who is very professional and articulate. The cherry on top is his personable nature….lots of smiles and even made eye contact while having a conversations (I know that sounds like weird comment, but you’d be surprised how many people don’t engage in that social skill).
