We have used Chapman in the past to install rough in’s for a new bathroom install. They provided great customer service and were quick to respond with a quote and flexible on timing.A few weeks later, we needed a new water heater and water softener. They sent out the same team who went above and beyond to fix the situation, even fixing some other plumbing issues that they found along the way.Tony was the main man both times -very friendly and helpful in explaining things as they came up. Jacob and Robin came to clean my air ducts today and were incredible from the time they got here until they left. My house was pretty messy and we had to move some furniture in order to get to a vent, they were very pleasant and professional. Dillon arrived and was very professional. I led him to the basement where my bathroom with issues is located and he instantly knew what the problem was. My sewer pump was plugged into an outlet that was not working. I was relieved it was not a major issue. He sold me on their member program and I am looking forward to its benefits.
