The service was per our annual contract for A/C preventive maintenance and recalibrating of our thermostat. The service person was personable and attentive to the service needs. He seemed a little slow in his work. One of the switches was not turned back on so a second service had to come out to see why our A/C was not working and immediately solved the problem.
