He solved problems on the fly and helped me understand the potential complications along the way so that I could make informed decisions about moving forward. One of their people come out to determine tejeré I had a leak in the bathroom and living room. The gentleman determined that the leaks were coming from vents from the roof. So, I cannot say enough about what a fantastic job that he did and I will not hesitate to have McNeely come out again. I am going to have to because the leak in my bathroom has come back. I know it is a leak from the roof because my neighbour‘a have had the same problems with their condos.

Came on New Years day and got our furnace working again ahead of a cold snap. Very professional and responsive!

We lost our heating on the coldest night of the winter in December! We woke up on Friday morning 12/23 to minus 10 temperatures and no heat in the house! We called several companies and this company was the one who was able to respond that afternoon. Chad managed to get our furnace restarted but he believed it was running on borrowed time at 20 years old. It failed again the next day. On Christmas eve Chad made another call and brought numerous electric space heaters for us to use until we could get the furnace replaced on Wednesday of the following week. Both Chad and his assistant were very professional, friendly and considerate. Considering how busy they were due to the extreme whether and the timing of the holiday, this company went above and beyond to help us out! Looking at the whole experience including the cost, I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Would recommend. Technician was at my house in less then an hour of the call. Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable with the situation. Got everything back up and running in no time.
