I rarely provide performance reviews unless the vendor is really bad or really good. Fortunately, Weilhammer is exceptional in service, pricing, and professionalism. Mark's knowledge is superior and he shoots straight, no BS. Bottom line: I trust Weilhammer plumbing to do right by their customers every time. I'm fortunate to be one of them.

Zo was very nice and professional and took care of our leak quickly and efficiently.

The technician called to let me know when he was on his way. I also liked being able to check the app to show the estimated arrival time. The technician was polite and professional. To notes of what the problem was and went right to work. My issue was a clogged bathroom sink drain. He cleared the drain and it works great. Took him about 30 minutes. He explained everything to me and made sure the area was as he found it. Did a wonderful job and I will certainly use him again if I ever have a drain issue. Great job.

They came out as soon as we called (on a Sunday!), and everything was solved within an hour. So helpful and so fast. Wonderful service, and they gave us good advice for the future.

They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!
