Peterman is always fantastic for us. Highly recommend! Today's tech - Brad Groves - was courteous, professional and took the time to be incredibly personal as well. I would gladly have him back to service our HVAC!

Best place ever

On a Friday evening Michael came out promptly to evaluate our AC. He was very professional and informed us of what to expect and clearly explained what needed to be fixed. He had it up and running in no time. It was 81 degrees in the house when he left. On Saturday morning it was back
To 72 degrees - ??thank you!

Guys were friendly but charged more for labor than advertised rates. Showed up at 8:50 was gone by 12:50 and charged $495 for labor. The bill was $5 over the quote but charged the quoted price but it seems like it should have been less seeing as he advertises $125 first hour and $85 hour after. I ended up paying $123.75 an hour. They did good work. I had a question after they left and he did return my call promptly. Would use again but would get clarity on labor cost first.
