Doug is absolutely the best. Super knowledgeable and the only plumber I trust to work on my personal home. Being in the building industry myself, this speaks numbers as I can tell which subs know their stuff and are pleasant to work with. Doug is both of these and so much more. He gets the job done in less time than expected, is more than fair with pricing, and most importantly know what he is doing so I don't have follow up issues. I use him on 3 of my personal properties and refuse to use anyone else. Working with Steg for your plumbing needs is the best decision you can make. Great group of guys, they have great communication and showed up on time. Jake and Steven were easy to talk to explain everything they were going to do and then explained again after they got done and even had some jokes mixed in. Really pleased with them personally and professionally

Highly recommend. My home warranty company contracts with Final Touch and I’ve been able to get them for 3 different repairs. Each time they were prompt, friendly, and professional. They also talk to me like a homeowner instead of asking me some version of is my husband home. Most recently, I was discussing some possible work I wanted done and Jason gave me advice that made the work unnecessary, which means he will get all my work in the future.
