Just had a great experience with Hope Plumbing yesterday! I had them install a new garbage disposal for me. I left a message over the weekend. First thing on Monday, I received a call to schedule the install. The guys came and were quick, efficient and friendly! And they were right on time. Could not have asked for a better experience!

He answered various questions I had about all the equipment making up my HVAC.
He went into my attic after I told him 3 rooms were excessively dusty. He took a photo to show me an issue and sent a quote.

Also showed him an area in my yard where grassed was killed July 14 when water from my old water softener was spilled/emptied in my yard and killed grass. I told them I wasn’t too worried about it and it would probably grow back but it hasn’t after 5 months.

Great experience each time I have had to use this company. n The customer service is great. And my service technician is punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He get the job don quicky and efficiently.

Jason was on time and did a phenomenal job at getting my stubborn shower fixture together! Can't go wrong!

made everything look pretty much like new i am thankful for his work. Had great communication. I liked that he showed us the before and after pictures Good job done by a good man.!!!

Complete rip-off. I’d give him ZERO STARS if an option. Robert Poteet is a liar, and dishonest person and will cheat you out of your money. I am not his first victim. This guy intentionally damaged my HVAC system, then tried to tell me I needed a new one. Took money from me and never returned . Robert Poteet- look him up on Indiana Courts mycase.in.gov. Complete CROOK!
