Kris Wiening Roto-Rooter Tech did a great job. Kris is experienced and very good at solving pumping problems. I would highly recommend Kris to anyone experiencing pumping issues.

The guys who came out were thorough and efficient. Did a great job and were in and out quickly. Cleaned up before they left. Explained everything very carefully.

The company was very responsive and fixed the problem. However, no estimate or even explanation of the problem was provided prior to the work being performed. The result was getting slapped with a $230 bill for something that was covered under warranty. When I called to office to discuss, a manager agreed this was not how they do business and would work with me. Never heard back from them after that.

I called and I don't think he understood what I was trying to say. I thnk this is one man with his own company, not like a corporation. He was friendly but not structured. Did not use services.

I was very impressed and happy with the service I received from Indy Water and Softener. I was looking to install a water softener and I was glad I contacted them.

They were able to work around my schedule to make it convenient for me and offered to help with any questions I had in the future. I appreciated the honesty in recommending me what I needed for a smaller size house rather than selling me a product I didn't need for more money.

Kitchen Faucet and shut off valve went bad. Water everywhere called eight companies claiming to have emergency 24 service. Nobody had availability until the next day. Toto Rooter came right out within 1 hour and did an outstanding job. Norman was very cordial and professional. They are now my “go to” company.

Explained all details after the diagnosis the problem. Service was quick and excellent. Reasonable service charge. Very satisfied.
