Had a complete re-plumb of my entire house done. Had the pleasure of having Dan. What an incredible worker. He kept his crew rolling the entire day. Worked until 8 at night to get it done in one day. The customer service here is top notch. You can tell they have a family type vibe and they are very friendly. They were a bit more pricey than a few other quotes but I went with experience and quality and I’m sure glad I did. This company is top notch.

I scheduled rotorooter service to replace a broken garbage disposal in my kitchen sink and to replace a faucet and water shut off valves on my bathroom sink. My technician Chawng came out and did a very thorough job. He was very personable and let me know everything he was doing. After the job was done , Chawng double checked that everything was in proper working order and that the work area was clean.

There were a leak on my ceiling Jason checked my upstairs bathroom and detect the problem immediately and fixed it quickly Jason is professional and I will recommend him to my friend and family members

Guys were friendly but charged more for labor than advertised rates. Showed up at 8:50 was gone by 12:50 and charged $495 for labor. The bill was $5 over the quote but charged the quoted price but it seems like it should have been less seeing as he advertises $125 first hour and $85 hour after. I ended up paying $123.75 an hour. They did good work. I had a question after they left and he did return my call promptly. Would use again but would get clarity on labor cost first.
