I called Mark Weilhammer today with a leaking pressure relief valve on my water line. One of his competitors had sent out one of their plumbers with a helper earlier that morning,and upon checking the valve said it needed to be replaced. Cost estimate apx. $600. I thought that was absurd. I called Mark and he said he could be here this afternoon and I said great see you then. He arrived at apx. 3:30 and I showed him a picture of the defective valve. He went into the crawl space with a new valve and was done about 4:00. The cost was considerably less than the competitors quote from the morning. He was courteous, efficient and knew exactly what to do without wasting multiple trips into the crawl space. Very happy with the job. Thanks Mark

Unclogged a drain that other plumbers couldn't. They were good to work with too

They were subcontracted by another vender to complete a small job in our home. I got a good vibe from them, they’ll be my first call for a quote on our next project/issue (I’ll update the review). My HOPE ? is that they’re better than other expensive companies who have major name brand recognition but don’t actually care about the customer.

Moon family plumbing is professional and they come when they say they are going to come! All estimates are free and their work comes with a 1 year warranty. We have used them two times and been very pleased both times! We highly recommend them.

MARK DID A FANTASTIC JOB!! Highly recommend!!

Last week our main sewer drain backed up. Another company came out and couldn't fix it and got their snake stuck in our lines and refused to remove it unless we allowed them to dig up the pipes. This would have cost upwards of $12,000. After a few days of calling 811 to have all the lines marked and prepared to dig, we came across Mark with Drain Busters. It took him less than 5 minutes to remove the snake the other company got stuck and couldn't get out themselves. Then he ran 25 ft. further than they did with his monster drain buster and cleaned the sewer lines out to the street main. He did this in 30 minutes and the lines aren't even broken like the other company said. He was able to get all the tree roots and gunk out of our lines and everything is running better than it ever has. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO MARK!!

We will use him for any plumbing we need done in the future and will surely recommend him to everyone we know.

Great service

I have had nothing but great service from Roby's at VERY reasonable prices. It goes all the way to the 1980s. Back then we had a busted water pipe and the guy went into my attic and used a ladder to get down behind the wall and the fireplace and he fixed it. The easy way for him would have been to tear up the wall, but he didn't want me to have to pay to have the wall repaired. Recently, I had Roby's come out and install a roman tub faucet and a shower faucet. I believe the plumber's name was Rick and he was very efficient and everything works great. I would not hesitate to call Roby's again.

David put in a new kitchen sink faucet in for us and it was a real pain in the butt I could tell but he kept his cool and finished the job quickly and it works awesome now. We originally called him because we had a leak somewhere in the wall in the kitchen and he found it immediately, cut the drywall behind the dishwasher and repaired the pipes and did a great job!
We called him a second time because of the great job he did for us the first time to disconnect a water softener in my daughters house and he had it done in no time and she was very pleased with the communication and the work and said she will recommend him to her friends!

My first review is below. It is from over a year ago. Since then I have used Winters 2 more times. I can’t say enough how happy I am each time they come out. They are quick, professional and very nice. They take the time to explain everything. I will keep using them for all of my plumbing issues. Today they did another repair on a shower that was leaking. Fixed the problem and cleaned up afterwards.

*** I called Winters plumbing to do a repair on a faucet that was hard to turn and leaking. Found out the setup in my shower is ancient but they tracked down the part needed and saved me alot of money. Price was very affordable. The owner and his helper both came and were both very nice to work with. They cleaned up any mess that was made and stayed most of the day to get it working properly. Will definitely use them again.

We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Prime Plumbing & Drains is the best. I contacted with what I thought was a small problem, but soon became much bigger...They were responsive to my needs and fixed the situation immediately.
