Best A/C Preventive Maintenance in Indianapolis IN

I am attempting to purchase a new home and during the inspection process I was advised to get a quote from a licensed plumber. I made an appointment on Tuesday for Friday to allow time for approval from the seller and access from my realtor. I received the email confirmation, called to confirm it was approved by sellers and called day of appointment to confirm. I waited at this house for my 3.5 hours before Roto-Rooter called to cancel the appointment. I was told it would take two technicians since the plumbing is in the crawl space and its an OSHA requirement and they did not have the man power. They went on to tell me they had a lighter crew that no one would be available for a free estimate when they had paying customers.

Mr Quick was at my residence within a hour after making a call to ask for someone to come and look at our furnace. The technician was professional and courteous, explaining the issues to my wife and I and giving us what are choices could be. He then in detail showed me firsthand what the issues where to ensure I could see with my own eyes. I have used this company in the past and have always appreciated the professionalism of everyone involved.
