We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

We had another company install a tankless water heater about 6 weeks earlier. It was working great. The Saturday before Easter, there was no hot water and when we looked at the unit itself, it had no power. We checked breakers, oulet, etc. and everything was showing good. I started calling around different companies who advertised 24/7 service but yet none of them had anyone on-call for the entire weekend. They told me that the 24/7 just meant that they answered the phone 24/7. Uh huh!! They all wanted to come first thing on Monday and I told each of them NO! I finally reached Gary at Mr. Waterheater and they do actually have an on-call 24/7. Gary was great and had Josh set up to come out which he was there inside of 2 hours after my call. After taking his time and checking everything out, he put his hand behind the on-off switch inside the panel and it flickered. Long story short, the factory had not installed one of the wires all the way and it came loose. Great job by all!! Would absolutely use them again without question. They couldn't be any nicer and they were extermely thorough and competent.

Joe Wood was our professional technician this evening. He was so knowledgeable, professional, and fixed our problem. We had a bad renovation of our home, and there are other issues that need to be addressed. He was extremely thorough with his diagnosis of the issues, and is going to work up a quote. I would highly recommend this company and would tell you to ask for Joe, unless it conflicts with my schedule, then ask for someone else!

Jeff came and serviced our pipes today. We were worried that we couldn’t find an appointment on a weekend day. He was personable and knowledgeable. He was able to identify the issue and provide the service quickly. He added in a few bits of information on our septic and well also. Thankful he was there to save the day.

The technician that came out was terrific. Mirza was the best guy they've had out here in the last few visits. Great attitude and his work ethic was stellar. We have had the same issue with our septic tank and drains clogging up three times this year and all of the other companies that had been out just unclogged it and left. Quinton took his time and found the main problem as to why this keeps happening. He explained very thouroughly what needed to be done. I highly recommend this company!

Excellent service from Zach Brown. He answered my call early on a Sunday morning for a leaking water heater, came out shortly thereafter to survey the job and was honest and candid in his assessment. He was able to get me up and running again with a new water heater and softener in the same day. He and his team were professional, quick and effective and I was back in business by lunch time. Highly recommend and I will be using Brown's for future needs.
