They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. I have used this company for service on rental property issues for the last few years. I have spent over $25,0000 with them.The last issue will be the last service call to them. I would look somewhere else for a company that will earn continued business and be a trusted source of HVAC and Plumbing needs.The photo below is how the tech left my tenant's property, and I paid them $340. After a week of not returning phone calls, I received a message that it was like that when they arrived.

Great customer service. Brad and Jared were very professional. They replaced our water heater and cleaned up when they were done. They even out down some ice melter where water from the old water heater got on the driveway. Highly recommend.
