I’m 1st time homeowner and had the guys from Indiana Residential come out to spray seal my entire attic where mold was visible.

Instead of just hitting a few spots they sealed everything from top to bottom. They went above and beyond, getting down below the rafters too. They even offered to help me fix the plumbing on my kitchen sink I had been working on throughout the day.

I would highly recommend anyone dealing with attic mold to inquire about their services! I will definitely use them for any of my other contracting needs!

A cold shower surprise prompted a blind search for a water heater pro and Gary responded immediately, showed up soon after and walked us through all the choices with straight talk about pros and cons for our situation ,aspiring to high end but budget conscious. His crew showed up next day as promised and did a beautiful install and cleanup with no oops/ extras, and some helpful care advice for getting stretching its life past the warranty. Absolutely recommend this long-time family-owned and staffed business Just had a great hot shower and feeling good about it costing half as much as our one other quote as well. An easy 5-star!

Kory serviced our furnace and acclimated is to our new home’ system. We were unfamiliar with a heat pump and he explained every question we had in a polite and patient and businesslike manner. He mentioned installing an iwave to help with air purification and after watching the video, we decided to have him install it today! We hope to have Kory attend to all our maintenance visits and other issues. Very clean cut, respectful, friendly and trustworthy.
